I then began calling this branch and was given another phone number. 3 calls, 3 different people and ZERO results. They are trying to hold my paycheck until 6-16-26. Almost 2 full weeks and I still do not have my money. I live paycheck to paycheck and my son was graduating yesterday. They almost ruined that. I am unable to pay my water bill now and it will probably get turned off. They claimed they did a "hardship expedite" to release my funds. Then I was told they denied it. So while your making interest on my deposit for sitting for 2 weeks. I will never use them again for any reason! After reading all the negative reviews in the last week I see it is not just me. I am looking into a litigation attorney next! If I could give negative stars... I would!
