I like that the bank appears extra clean and well kept. I like the fact that the drive thru is large and has easy access. I do not like that they refused to put money in my daughters account because I did not know her debit card number. I have been to different TD Branches and they had no problem doing such, actually they were very pleased to assist me. I wasted a good 20 minutes waiting to locate my daughter debit card number for no reason at all. FYI,,,,,,, I WAS GIVING YOU MONEY.....NOT TAKING IT!!!!!! For my experience there I give a Solid 2 Stars.

I got to the bank at around 415-420 and was suprised that they was still waiting for me with a smile! The revere branch is very professional and attentive. Revere branch does not charge you for a new debit card, yet the lynn branch will. Hours are not bad, not open on sundays.

The management were quick to investigate, also very empathetic to my personal plight...and thankfully reimbursed me soon after. I don't go into the branch that often but when I do, it's a pleasure. Be careful though when you deposit checks it takes them 2 to 3 days to clear and they will give you a $35 bounce check fee if you're not careful I advise deposit in cash.

The machine that does this on the shoggest location has been broke over a year. I have to assume the only reason they can't fix it. I won't fix it is because they can't make money on it. Every time I go in, they act like it just happened. Bad enough they Charge $12 to have an account per month. And then the one service you need from them they can't provide.

I can't speak to loans as I never took one from here. But the online/app/distant ATM experience has been increasingly frustrating for the last year or two. "Upgrade" should always be used in quotation marks no matter the business, but the bugs are ridiculous and this time around there's been no response to two requests to fix things. I no longer live in MA, but for the first year or so in my new neighborhood (and all over the country and the world), ATMs worked fine. Then in summer 2019, they (literally) overnight started rejecting transactions. The explanation was that the machines (not supported by Metro) didn't have the right security features, but they had the day before, so...? And this latest upgrade is so far not horrible, but at least two regular monthly transactions have changed or been dropped and I'm guessing my emails are waiting in a queue somewhere. Not worth it anymore.

Apon calling I was informed I'm not a government employee so not available for their Hardship assistance. I explained my medical issues and was told if I don't have an income coming ing in they couldn't help me. I was confused by this. As my unemployment had ended in September of 2025 . This is when I need help the most. I have money in my bank and have paid all my car payments up to date. But unfortunately was told with no income I'm not eligible for any Hardship loan deferrals. Isn't that when you need help the most? I try to find local banks to do business with who have a heart and a soul. I Had David MacMillan helping me on the phone. Some people are just miserable and rude. I like to go to this bank because it's the closest one to me but i guess I'm take the extra half hour ride elsewhere because every encounter i have had here has been HORRIBLE.
