I can understand if something is beyond someone's authorization level to do, however refusing to put me in contact with someone with the authority to assist me is a very poor joke.

They told me the manager/notary said 10 more minutes. I asked why wasn't I aware of this when I came in because I could have gone to a different branch. The teller responds by telling me to go sit and wait at another branch. I told her that her attitude was very nasty and got up and left. Came to another branch and they took care of it right away. It's always a problem at this west Bloomfield branch as a young, black female.

The bank tellers are friendly and helpful. I asked for a copy of a document and they gave me extra for free. You could either set appointments to arrange your direct deposit request or do a walk-in. On the front desk, you need to write your name on a clip board and wait for your turn for a preferred bank transaction. When we go to this location, they serve complimentary coffee. Arriving at 11 am today, they probably run out. For account members on the go, there's a drive thru atm machine on the right side of the building. Restroom is inside the vicinity. There's enough parking more or less for 20 cars. Mondays-Thursdays open 10am -5pm. On a Friday, they open earlier at 9am. On Saturdays, closed at 1230pm. And no office hours on Sunday's.
