Cisco is a shining example of why some companies being publicly traded contributes to their…read moredownfall. When they struggle to generate new revenues, customers end up being punished. On my previous Meraki MX device, I had been given 100 free licenses to the Systems Manager MDM platform. I moved and created a new network at my new location, come to find out they snatched the licenses away, claiming it was only valid under the network it was created with. Now they want $40/device per year to be able to do some basic stuff that every other MDM on the internet offers for free or much cheaper. Speaking of the MX devices, they consistently run behind the technology curve - they just released the new MX devices that are running on Wave 2 AC, right as 802.11AD and 802.11ax devices are already starting to emerge on the scene. This would be like choosing to throw 6th generation processors in a computer when the 8th generation is starting to show up in computers already. And for the prices Meraki charges this is outrageous. When they do rollout new devices, they hit you up like "yeah! it's time to upgrade" - yet they make it impossible to do so. I can't upgrade my license from a MX64 device to a newer MX67 device, because they make it to where the licenses are appliance-specific. So I'm supposed to throw away money because you decided to announce and release a newer, less outdated piece of equipment? They should make it to where if I opt to upgrade my hardware I can transfer my existing license to absorb some of the cost. Instead I'm screwed on the hardware end and then again when I have to purchase a new license. They also restrict you from reselling or transferring the license which means they screw you over from every which angle and mind you -- if you were allowed to transfer a license (person-to-person), they gain a new customer. If you were allowed to transfer a license (device-to-device) they still make revenue on the sale of hardware and you're still locked into a license so there's no loss here. If nothing else, you selling the old hardware (which the buyer then becomes a new customer) creates a new revenue stream for them but greedy people are usually not logical people. I've used other systems like Fortinet and Check Point Systems and the only thing keeping me on Meraki is the more modern UI and the superior support, but the way they just get you from every angle has me considering going back to Check Point Systems.

Fakhri's ability and his team to realize 20/20's concept and vision was incredibly impressive. everything I asked for was delivered on time and in good quality, more than I expected. I felt one of their team by using their project manager system, everything was transparent and clear to me, I could check the process of the project anytime by accessing to their system, it was great personal experience for me. The service cost is very reasonable, after contacting multiple other companies in the expensive area "Silicon Valley area" none company with such quality could match their offer. They are also managing my business social media accounts facebook, twitter, Yelp and linkedin. -Cons: Emails communications is much better than phone calls, they respond immediately when emailing or using their project manager system, but the phone I have to wait for the next few hours or next day after submitting my request. Overall AyadiPro know what they are doing in website development and internet marketing.
