This was one of the most unprofessional B2B experiences I've dealt with. We hired this company to install blackout vinyl on our windows. The first installation was completed without issue, so when we needed additional windows done, we brought them back expecting the same materials and workmanship. Instead, they installed a noticeably different color vinyl that did not match the original installation. When we raised the issue, rather than taking responsibility, we were told that we should have specifically requested the same color as the previous job. Any reasonable contractor should understand that an addition to an existing installation is expected to match unless otherwise discussed. To make matters worse, we ended up splitting the cost of correcting their mistake just to move the project forward. Since then, our follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Mistakes happen. What separates a good vendor from a bad one is how they handle them. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to stand behind their work is extremely disappointing. Got a sheet of stickers made and was very happy with the result! The shop's admin was very communicative and helpful in guiding my choices to properly give me the end result I wanted! Only a few out of 140ish had any visible flaws of minor dirt or something under the gloss layer, but the color and cut were great and I am very pleased with the overall results! Slow service, a week to respond to emails, the two simple signs came a week late, not so great attention to detail. They had to remake my signs due to color mismatch because my specifications were not carefully read in my email. The store was locked 45 minutes before the posted closing time. The owner Ralph had to come over while I waited. Harry was the guy in charge of my sign. Pass on him. Stick with Ralph.
