I met with him a second time which he proudly told me he hadn't read any of my emails that there were "other projects" that apparently were more important. Then he told me he would get back with me in the week with an estimate. Never did. I sent a third email asking for an update with again no response. I finally went in today to collect the book and he sent the receptionist to give it to me with no apology or any explanation for basically lying and wasting my time. Terrible business.
