He is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to where to find good art locally. When I came to him two weeks ago for an idea on a sign for my sons birthday, he acted as if it was doable but completely discriminated against me implying that what I wanted would be "too expensive" and "cost a lot" as if I was incapable of affording it. I met with him a second time which he proudly told me he hadn't read any of my emails that there were "other projects" that apparently were more important. Then he told me he would get back with me in the week with an estimate. Never did. I sent a third email asking for an update with again no response. I finally went in today to collect the book and he sent the receptionist to give it to me with no apology or any explanation for basically lying and wasting my time. Terrible business.
