When they claim to have an on staff certified Jeweler? This doesn't make sense. It's frustrating not being able to have access to your ring. However the reason I'm giving a one star review is because the employees were not professional and rude. The employees were the middleman and they did not have the power or knowledge to call the shots and whoever's is calling the shots, they were never available to assist. If you have an employee who is running your business you need to be able to trust them and empower them to call the shots to assist the customer. (As every costumers needs are different) And because the employee was stressed as the middle man with no power I was lied to. To sum it up. This business is the opposite of a well oiled machine.
