So I went to City Brew and got a large iced mocha. It had next to no coffee flavor at all! It was more like lukewarm version of chocolate milk. If I wanted chocolate milk, I would have ordered it! I didn't even drink all of it. This seems to be an issue with City Brew. My guess is, they are only putting one shot in for all sizes. Had I gotten a small, it probably would have had the coffee flavor. My suggestion... use one shot for small, two shots for medium and three shots for large. I ordered decaf. So I went to another coffee shop and their iced mocha was perfect. Great coffee flavor and not over sweet. read more

Ordered yuzu city charger and I asked for a 24 oz blended with extra ice and put in a 32 oz cup. This costs them no extra money because ice is water and water is a renewable resource. It is supposed to be consumerism and I am paying. However the girl at counter had a hOrrible vibe and gave a lot of attitude. She was staring at me with a teenage sarcastic expression (insolent?) although she looked older than teen. She then refused to listen and asked if I wanted a blended drink with ice then added to it and that they use pre measured ingredients as if it is impossible to add extra ice in the blender. I then explained simply so a child could understand in a very friendly manner just take the normal recipe for a 24oz yuzu and when you dump the ingredients in blender add some extra ice. Then put the blended product which will be thicker and have a larger volume (because ice thickens it) to take that and pour it in a 32 oz cup. I'm paying for 24 and they're using ingredient level for 24 oz but adding ice and putting it in a bigger cup so that it doesn't separate quickly since it's blended and makes it thicker. This girl is giving me an openly hostile look at this point but sorry it's your job to sling coffee and drinks so please do your job without the nasty attitude. Since I used to be a barista and I'm a woman I know how the blenders work and normally they just dump the extra blended product down the drain if there's any leftover that won't fit in the cup. So it's really not that hard but cashier for us looking at me like I'm speaking ancient Aramaic. Do you work at a drink shop or not? Is she new? How does she not understand simple instructions or was it that she didn't like it that I'm a 30+ white woman giving her instructions because society? She then shouts to the other girl making the drinks (it's 545AM the lobby is dead) "did you get that Aubrey" and Aubrey says yes but then I just get a 32oz cup with 24 oz amountof yuzu obviously blended without any extra ice . It is scary these girls act hostile to their elders and can't think independently about simple tasks but are wel-versed in snarky, insolent behavior and standing around talking trash. Please train staff better! Also apple map has a different address linked to this location than google map: sloppy. Yuzu blended was tasty though thanks !! Very watery after 10 minutes because the girls couldn't understand what adding extra ice meant!! Very sad read more

Went to the bathroom and came back to the counter and still didn't even have the courtesy to say they'd be with us shortly. From the moment my family and I walked in she did not acknowledge us and when we went to order she was condescending and had attitude with each order given. The other employees were kind and attentive. Kloey ignored me when I asked her a question and then rolled her eyes. I don't understand why this place has such poor reviews. Stopped through town from LA for a week and the coffee here is good! They have signature drinks that are unique and interesting flavors. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The drive thru was always busy as well, it's a popular place. The interior is relaxing and I loved being able to sit and enjoy a coffee. read more

Attempted to try this place out for the first time on a Sunday, at 3:25pm. Business hours online read 5:30am to 9:00pm, the open sign was on in the window and people were lined up in the drive through. Was told (albeit politely), after waiting, that they would not be taking orders for the rest of the day. There is no way to turn out of the drive through, so I was treated with waiting in a line since apparently some people were served ahead of me. For the sheer fact someone could've switched the sign off and/or blocked the drive through, leaving a one star review. Updated to add that at the window once we got up that far, there was a sign that said temporary hours. Doesn't do anybody any good at that point. read more

When our order arrived, we had a white mocha we didn't order, a London fog made with 2% instead of cream and no vanilla; both were wrong Three cheese egg bites tasted like rubberized powdered eggs, blech! I don't recommend coming in here, the shift leader Addy is a rude inconsiderate unprofessional individual that needs to be trained in customer service. My sister didn't have a mask with her so she asked for one and they provided one very rudely, I had to remove my mask in order to place my order because the the workers were loud and should could not hear me and I got rudely asked to not remove my mask. We were polite and complied with their request to keep their masks on, Addy kept poking at the bear and I decided that we didn't need to stay there any longer and I asked Levi and Ashle if they would like to go somewhere else, Addy then said out loud as we were leaving, No Love Loss. Ashle turned around and asked to speak to the manager and Addy stated that she was the shift leader and started treating us worse and wouldn't provide information we were asking about the manager. read more

The most amazingly friendly service I've ever had and from a drive-through at that! The employee taking our order kindly and knowledgeably answered all our menu questions. The employee at the window had such a welcoming and friendly voice. My low rating is purely based off the companies lack of ownership for their products. The menu has unique names for drinks with no explanations of what's in each of them beyond a picture. And more so no calorie count listed for any item. The website does not list any menu whatsoever to reference ingredients or calories. My drink is great but I'm pretty sure it had way more sugar than I had planned for. i ordered a Moroccan white mocha this morning from the Great Falls City Brew location, the barista tried to give me someone else's coffee, once i told her that is not what I ordered she asked what my order was. I told her the Moroccan White Mocha. She then told me that I owed her 30 more cents ( I had given her the 4.65 price that was on the sign) since she had to remake it. Even though I was confused i gave her the 30 cents, then she said, "It's normally a frozen drink, and since we have to remake it hot, it's 30 more cents. I told her, isn't it originally hot? she said no. I feel that this whole situation was poorly handled. I don't visit city brew often, only because I don't normally drink coffee but this event has definitely persuaded me to go back to Starbucks where the customer is always right and doesn't have to pay for someone else's mistake.
