I started getting weak and had to postpone our return to Cupertino. Being 80, I did not want things to get worse so went to Urgent Care of Texas, Plano. Dr. M. Bhallia took my vitals which were fine. No covid, flu or RSV. He gave me an I-V with antibiotics and some med prescriptions. He also gave me a prescription for a chest x-ray for next AM. The results of the x-ray showed signs of pneumonia in right lung. I had to go back to Urgent Care for another I-V with 2 shots. This was Wed. Nov. 8. I felt a bit stronger and felt capable of managing the flight that evening to Cupertino. I was impressed with the service, respect and care I received from Dr. Bhallia and his staff Syeda and Ayeshe. The clinic is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. I am thankful to have chosen Urgent Care of Texas in Plano. They took excellent care of me so I could return back to Cupertino Thank you, all.

The doctor and nurses were very warm and knowledgeable; taking the time to thoroughly explain, diagnose, and provide a treatment plan for my teenaged athlete. They have TVs in every room and even kids size chairs in the waiting room. I was seen within 10 minutes of getting here. What really impressed me is how much they listened and took my needs into account. As a nursing mother, some treatment paths are not ideal, and they were happy to direct a course of treatment that wouldn't interfere with my breastfeeding. Dr Imani and the nurses really listen and care about their patients. I will be back the next time someone in my family feels ill. I can't recommend enough; this was a truly positive experience despite my not feeling well. Great job!

After waiting several minutes, an employee finally arrived, and I then had to wait another 20+ minutes while they opened the office and got the computers and systems up and running. When you're sick and just want to get back home to bed, that's incredibly frustrating. I was also told that the cost of my visit would apply toward my insurance deductible. However, my insurance was never billed. I've tried calling multiple times and have even stopped by during their posted business hours, but I haven't been able to reach anyone or get this resolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inability to resolve a straightforward billing issue left me with little confidence in how the office is run.
