I had surgery recently and one of my incisions opened back up and needed stitches. I waited about two hours here and paid $50 as my copay. Frenchie up front was excellent on getting me back and Shayla was also great taking my vitals. Scott, on the other hand, was not as great. He's the PA here as there are no MDs, which was fine with me because I assumed he could do anything an MD could do when it came to just throwing in a few stitches. Wrong. It was immediately clear he was either uncomfortable or too busy to do stitches. He said it was normal for my incision to still be bleeding at a rapid pace and all the guy did was put a bandage on that fell off in the parking lot. I immediately drove to the ER from here and, yep, it needed stitches. On the website it clearly states they do stitches FYI. I won't be back. I feel scammed. Couldn't get into my regular Dr until the 2nd wk of Apr and really needed to see someone sooner. Just needed a lab test. So I checked for Immediate Care Clinics. This clinic is 3 min from my house!!! So I gave them a call just to make sure they could do a lab test & call a prescription if necessary. Sure could so made an appointment. Went, had lab done, script sent in, DONE!!! I had white spots in the back of my throat, and I needed to see a doctor to see if I was contagious before family came over for Christmas. I couldn't get into my Doctor, but this place was able to get me in to an appointment the same day. When I got there, I did not have to wait at all to be called, I filled all my paperwork out online, so there was really nothing to do when I got there. The staff was super friendly, courteous, and funny. Plenty of parking, friendly environment, quality, doctors, they really knew what they were talking about. They did all the testing they needed to do, and sent me away with a prescription and a friendly goodbye. I will definitely go back there if I can't get into my regular doctor again. read more

Good experience at this place. I made an appointment 2 days ahead via Solv app. Cool app. I'd use it again. We came in 10 minutes before the appointment time and was seen 40 minutes later. Not bad. The visit was expeditious and in a pinch I guess that holds value. Other than that, it was a horrendous experience and worse customer service. The receptionist was rude and condescending. The doctor acted as though he was being paid per patient and it felt like being at a fast food chain. The "diagnosis" and "treatment" led me to believe I was okay but ended up having to go to another doctor 5 days later to be treated. Then, I recieved a bill after already paying them what I contractually signed an agreement was my portion. In any other business, for instance, construction if you're quoted, let's say, $500 and the build costs more, that comes out of the contractor's OnP not the customers. Not the case for PrimaCare. It is the patient responsibility so I'm told. This company like any other has the ability to incur, and write off, costs like miss quoting or poor money management. Which, that is their inability to conduct business not a patient's. At the end of day they did nothing but exasperate the situation. "Tina" the "Supervisor" from billing, when calling the 1-888-705-8558 number for billing questions, was one of the sorriest excuses of a professional that I've ever encountered. This company, the staff, bill collection, management all garbage. I feel that chick-fil-a is more consensus of the public's health and wellbeing than these "medical professionals." Don't go to this office for COVID-19 medicine. They charge you $350.0 and my insurance's contract price is $171.87 for the office visit. In less than 10 min, the Doctor ask about your symptom, no COVID test and then prescribed COVID-19 Medicine. Even government help us with the free medicine. Unfortunately, we have to go to the Doctor's office to get the COVID-19 prescription. I try to call their billing department for reduced price or Government sponsor forgiveness program in vain, their rep. don't budge and insist me to pay the full amount $171.87(My insurance is high deductible). I came in for a mild injury and I received the best service! Wendy and Phung Vo, FNP were excellent in their bedside manner and were considerate to my fear of needles/staples. They were also incredibly fun and actually made an urgent care visit enjoyable! Kimberly at the front desk was very friendly as well and they were all helpful in determining best financing options for my upcoming visit when I would be temporarily without coverage. Horrible staff!! My daughter was extremely sick because of environment. Indian kid stuffed used Kleenex in her desk and told me that is no way another kid can get sick from that. I the parent never get sick so the only variable is that school. Pretty simple math if you ask me. Things are so bad in this school (Kerr) and because of its diverse culture kids are actually immune from amoxicillin and need something stronger. Scheduled an appointment last night for 9:30. Filled out all the paperwork in advance. Clicked on the text message to let them know that I was there 15 minutes early and waited. After 20 minutes (now 9:35) I went in to make sure that everything was good. She said they were waiting to see the 9:00 appointment. I visited this place back in June , they sent me bill two months later for me and my sone with unrealistic charges there . I called to understand the agent said it looks like there is an issue I will call the McKinney Texas clinic and get back to you. Of course nothing happened after. I decided to pay it and not use their service again specially they haven't helped me that much in medical side . I paid my invoice through doxo it took from them two month to clear the check and they haven't applied the payment into my account , called three agents this morning heard three different scenario, I have all the the support documentation that shows they cleared the payment, however, I'm still showing I have the same balance, called emailed spent almost for hours with no luck. They had the worst patient care, PA was rude and dismissed my symptoms of the flu... told me that if the pharmacy didnt have the medication that it was no big deal its juat the flu and i wll get over it. So disappointed that I even went to them for health services. Not to mention the restrooms were so dirty, urine all over the seats, dirty napkins exposed, and when I told the front desk she looked at me like I was crazy! Hands down worst urgent care EVER. Went on a Friday after scheduling an appointment. Arrived on time and filled out all paperwork prior to leaving my house. I was sent home and they said I had bad allergies. I've never been affected by allergies. After I left I got 3 of my friends sick and their doctors all prescribed them antibiotics and they're ALL feeling better the next day. Meanwhile I'm on day 5 of taking some Claritin... I called before making another appointment to see if they could prescribe me some over the phone but after being on hold for 15 minutes I was told no you have to make another appointment. Well not only is this place a rip off, the nurse is one big jerk!!! My roommate needed to see a doctor and he doesn't have insurance. So what do we do?!?!?! well we decided to go here first because we thought it would be cheaper than going to the ER! Wow we were wrong! $120 just to see a doctor!!! What what!!! Just to SEE not even to do anything else! The nurse first asked for his pay stub and we didn't have that! Then she asked for a credit card. It can't be a debit card! I visited this clinic about 2:00 pm Wednesday 5/27/2020 seeking treatment for an inflamed Salivary Gland Stone which was accompanied by swelling and oral pain, and I was refused rudely refused service/treatment by 3 ladies in the front office. I was told to see my dentist and that there was nothing they could do for me. I'm 72 years old and I do have medicare. Dr. Lee that works here is one of the greatest doctors i know (trust me, i'm a 2nd year med student, i know doctors, about to be one soon). The patients may have some trouble communicating with him, he tends to mumble a lot when talking so you can't quite hear everything he's saying. However, he really cares. If you spend sometime seeing what he does behind the scenes (I am a first hand account), he really ensures that the patient's best interest comes first. Would send any of my immediate family or anyone that I care about to him. That, as a (future) physician, is probably one of the highest regard i can give anyone. read more

Took wife here because she has the flu. She has also been in pain for over a year because of a previous surgery. Great service with nurse,doctor and medical assistant (Gave her flu test and something for her naseau. Bad news is my wife wanted to go home and take some advil and come back (2 mins away). Front Desk person,LaQuisha said "just let her go on home" in a rude voice. Wife complained to nurse and doctor who apologized. LaQuisha came back in later and with a different attitude and appoligized, that they can't stop her from leaving,hold her paperwork,etc. People come to these places over the weekend because they are in pain,can't see their primary care physicians,etc. My wife has been in chronic pain for last 12 months due to complications from another surgery. I was sent by my employer to get a flu shot and they asked me to fill out a form and ask for my employers credit card info... You don't ask your employer that!! The front desk does. Dr. Lee is awesome, and the staff here are amazing as well. I took my son in with what I thought was a cold. Dr. Lee ordered a blood test and chest x-ray, then explained what he saw in both tests. The staff took their time to make my son comfortable, and went out of their way to make the blood draw as non-threatening as possible. Dr. Lee also called me a couple of days after our visit, to ask how my son was doing. read more

Best urgent care experience I've had since I moved to Texas 4 years ago. Becky at the front desk was busy but she kept the flow of managing the front desk going smoothly . Allan was very friendly when we got to the back . He made my 6 year old feel very comfortable while obtaining vitals . We were seen by the physicians assistant Jessica she was VERY nice! Very thorough and able to give us a resolution of the problem within minutes. Been to this clinic twice. First time was for an ear infection. They got me in pretty quick. The front desk ladies were really sweet. The dr was awesome. Now (my second visit) unfortunately was for a covid test. The worst part eventhough I had an appointment for my test, I still had to wait in my car for 2 hours before I got the call to come inside. But with everything going on in the world 2 hours was nothing for me. The desk ladies as usual super nice, the check in nurse we need more people like her.
