A couple of years ago our contractor had referred us to City Builders. We were happy to have someone we trusted who knew the quality and products which we needed. The first job we had done by them was replacing our gutters with larger and sturdier gutters on our home as well as on our rental properties. Their communication and scheduling was excellent and the quality of their work was great, but my real shock was how well they cleaned up afterwards. Because of how pleased we were with those jobs we decided to contact them again when we decided to replace our old sliding doors. We were very happy with that work as well. There was a wide selection of finishes so we were able to match the wood and trim on the interior and exterior of our home. The doors function very well and have safety options with 3 point locking and a separate foot bolt which we really appreciate. City Builders had a home show at the Five Sullivan Brothers in Waterloo back about nine or ten years ago; we just felt the need to check it out after seeing their commercial. After speaking with Jerry, we decided to have them do our bathrooms which they had got done in ONE day! The clean up and communication was so well throughout that process. After the great experience we had the first time we decided to call them back when wanting a sun room. We are absolutely in love!! The workers were so fun and professional, you can tell they really cared about how we felt. City Builders just recently finished up our sunroom and it is absolutely beautiful. We contacted another company before we found them and when the other company came out to get an estimate they said our diamond ceilings were too difficult to try to add on to and that they wouldn't even try. That's when we found Denny from City Builders! He knew exactly what to do and made it work perfect. The workers were great too. I made them come in and take a break because it was so warm out! We had our gutters and bathroom replaced and just recently had our bedroom windows replaced too. Our gutters are so much easier to maintain now and if we hadn't of gone with the new gutters City Builders installed for us we would be in big trouble. The gutter covers are so convienent for us especially with cleaning too. We decided to call back for our bedroom window because it was starting to fog and was very drafty. Our sales person Al suggested we do 2 windows put together rather than two separate windows and we're so glad we did because it looks great. City builders has done flawless work over the years for us on upgrading our windows to adding windows, giving us an a amazing four seasons room to adding gutters, and soffits. The windows in our kitchen have really changed the whole room and has brought in so much natural lighting. We are in love with our four season room as it is well insulation and makes it easier to enjoy the winters! The gutters now have covers and makes it less of a hassle knowing we do not have to climb on to the roof to clean. Soffits have added a nice clean touch. I really have to say that I was most impressed with City Builders for them taking the time during the build of my new deck to make it all work. The employee had some issues with the posts lining up with the house and he did a great job mapping it out to make it look perfect. We worked with Dale to get a few windows replaced in our home. We absolutely loved the samples he brought out so we were able to see the safety and utility of the windows. We really were able to know exactly what we were getting. We did choose the composite Okna windows because of the good quality and the warmth. I was really impressed with the fact that the job only took one day which was very convienent for us, and they were respectful about us being home in the meantime.
