Update 2026: still a 5-star service!…read more Bill's Transportation Services gives me what no Uber or corporate service could: true piece of mind and the feeling of community. I feel very safe using this service to pick me up in the wee morning hours at the airport and get me home safely, and as a single lady that is very rare but of utmost importance. I have been using this service for almost three years now and the quality has always been top notch. The service has grown to include several more drivers, of which I've had two newer ones, both of whom were polite, courteous and professional. If you're reading this looking for a ride, I encourage you to give Bill's Transportation Services a try, whether it's an airport run, drop off/pick up from a doctor visit you won't be able to drive back from, or any other ride you'll want to schedule in advance.

Hired Bill for trips to and from Logan airport and could not be happier with the caliber of…read moreservice. Bill was early for pickup to Logan and super nice on the way there, making the ride enjoyable. The brand new van offered a very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride and we had plenty of time to spare at the airport. Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for. Bill and Tony easily accommodated an itinerary with multiple stops which made our lives SO much easier and saved us from unnecessary driving and coordination. Everything was done via text/phone which is way better than dealing with a clunky website or corporate office. Price was very reasonable and very well worth it for the level of professionalism you get. We will be booking with Bill's Transportation Services in the future for sure.

Lyft is a company based in San Francisco, California, that offers mobility as a service, ride-hailing, vehicles for hire, motorized scooters, a bicycle-sharing system, rental cars, and food delivery in the United States and select cities in Canada. Lyft does not own any vehicles; instead, it receives a commission from each booking. Fares are quoted to the customer in advance but vary using a dynamic pricing model based on the local supply and demand at the time of the booking. As of 2022, with a 28% market share, Lyft is the second-largest ridesharing company in the United States after Uber. This last ride, I saw a Lyft driver about 4 min away from my pickup point and I chose it. It arrived promptly and I made sure his license plate was the one on the app. The car was a nice Hyundai but this guy had the sports radio very loud. I did not want to say anything but I would had expected the driver to ask if I minded having the radio that loud or even on, for that matter. After a few minutes, I was dropped off safely at my destination.

I thought he couldn't speak english, perhaps that is why, but when I opened that door he spoke english I reported the driver, their customer service was horrid. Your driver practically kidnapped me, and i then had to get another ride and it cost me more money. I asked for a refund, and they said my ride was completed, no refund but as a courtesy, they would refund me 15.00. That doesnt quite feel like they give a crap. I explained why they should pay for part of the next ride too, and instead, they credited me 14.00, less than what they originally offered. Their driver left me shaken at a major intersection calling for another ride, canceling because it is the same drive who drove me over a mile saying stop. I forgot my keys at work, which is how this started. I had told the driver but he pulled off anyway. I was begging for him to let me out or turn around. He kept saying okay but just disregarded my repeated pleas. I just asked for my money back, and you treated me that way. Doing what I should have done originally. Going to the police, filing a report, and contacting an attorney. Was it really worth this? This was a safety issue
