The excuse I was given by Derek was that they have multiple packages, and that he failed to mention that the GOLD package only includes the interior. The PLATINUM package covers both interior and exterior. Problem is, he didn't mention EITHER package. Or even that I had any options to choose from. Save your money and next time you go to Winnipeg, drop $30 at the Midtown Carwash or the Chamois and get both the inside and outside of your vehicle done. And the $130 you save can go to gas money and a nice meal for the family.
