After munching into an apple (you know the non-iPhone ones), I could feel something between my teeth. After a quick floss, I could feel something funny with the back of one of my bottom teeth, which made me really worried.
Whilst I try to take good care of my teeth, it had been quite a while since I had been to the dentist. This made me very nervous, I already knew I had a chipped tooth, so I started preparing myself mentally for the countless fillings and three extractions that were certain to follow.
I was greeted by a smiling Dr Liz, who was running perfectly on time. After I explained my issue, Dr Liz assured me that is was almost certainly not a chipped a tooth, and that a clean would fix it in no time. Things were explained clearly as the clean progressed, even pointing out that I must be a left handed person because I was significantly better at cleaning the right side of my mouth.
Right about now you are probably wondering if I was given a little too much nitrous oxide for my treatment, but the truth is, I actually had a good experience at the dentist... The treatment was so much nicer than the stress I was putting myself through before - and enough to convince me that the recommended annual checkup is a good idea.
So for your next dental emergency (or even just the checkup you have been putting off) I recommend this place (and Dr Liz), I am pretty sure you will leave smiling. read more
