Service was great, but it was more expensive than I was expecting. They don't have pricing anywhere on their website, but obviously now I know I need to ask. New to Ohio from DFW Texas, so I guess I just thought it would be about the same pricing. I didn't have any special requests, no stains, no fixing buttons, no starch. I did drop off and pickup, no delivery. I dropped off 3 2-pc suits, 1 suit jacket, and 3 button down shirts. It came out to $88.08. Most places I've been have a different price for 2pc suits as opposed to individual pricing, that wasn't the case here I was charged per individual item. I pulled up the charges and here's their pricing, including tax for anyone else who's looking: Suit Jacket: $10.30/each Suit Pants: $11.09/each Button-down long sleeve: $4.54/each I'll keep looking around to see if I can find a good quality cleaner that's more reasonable with pricing, hopefully this isn't the standard around here. I wear suits for work every day and this is crazy. The shirt pricing seems fine. Most places I've gone to for my suits it's been about $12-$14 for a 2pc suit, not $21.39. If it's like this everywhere around here it might be time to start investing in the dry cleaner industry if the profit margins are this high! read more

I dropped off 2 shirts to be cleaned and wanted them folded. i went to pick up the shirts and found they were on hangers not folded, I was told they would be folded and to come back the next day. I returned the next day and still the shirts were not folded. It took 3 trips to get it right. The counter girl issued me a credit for $20. I tried them again and dropped off 2 shirts and 1 pair of slacks. I wanted the shirts folded. Again they were on hangers, she told me to come back later that same day and when I did the shirts were on hangers. Additionally the charge for 2 shirts and 1 pair of slacks was $29. after getting this outrageous bill with abhorrent service I called around to other cleaners and to a cleaner they were all considerably less expensive. If you want to get jerked around while being ripped off at the same time use this cleaner. read more

I have been using City cleaners for a while- but what happened today verifies why! I misplaced a pair of pants that I thought I may have left at the cleaners or they misplaced. I stopped in to ask and EMMA greeted me very professionally and looked for the pants and even said she would follow up. I didn't think twice about the pants but when I turned my phone on after a flight (about an hour after the conversation) there was EMMA on my voicemail following up and apologizing for not locating the pants. She was courteous, chipper, and professional- EMMA you ARE customer service and give City cleaners a great name!!! read more

I brought in two winter coats that hadn't been washed or otherwise cleaned in years. One of them had a huge yellow oil paint stain that sat for a YEAR before I brought it in! I was AMAZED that every bit of paint came out!!! Both coats are now spotless and ready for this Ohio winter! The staff at City Cleaners are so professional and conscientious; I will only take my dry cleaning here from now on! read more

Customer Service to a T! I have never been to any business with this caliber of CS. I had an issue and they went above and beyond to fix it, even when it wasn't 100% their fault. The staff there are empowered to help their customers and do so with such grace and professionalism. I will be sure to tell all my family and friends to make the trip to City Cleaners because there they not only take care of your cleaning needs they do so with experience and class. My experience with city dry cleaners has been very positive so far. It's the first time I have taken my dry cleaning here and the girl waiting on me was really nice and very accommodating! Very informative too. I hope the comforter that I am having dry cleaned comes back to me deodorized and clean! Then I will have had an all around great experience! read more

Traveling through the area, I was in desperate need of some dry cleaning and I had to roll the dice and find a dry cleaners near my hotel and hope for the best. As it turns out, I really lucked out! Upon entering the cleaners, I was greeted by a super hospitable person (sorry I didn't get her name)! I explained that I was only there for not even 48 hours and was hoping to get my clothes dry cleaned and picked up before I moved on to my next city. She said she absolutely could and I left them with my clothes. The next day I received a call indicating that there were some stains that they would like to treat further and it would be ready pretty close to the time that I was leaving, so I agreed to leave them there till my departure day/time but it was cutting it close. I was working down the street from the cleaners and to really nail the 5 stars home, the young lady offered to bring my order to where I was working so I didn't have to make the trip back to the cleaners. Very impressed with the quality and service provided by this location!! It was my first time trying out City Cleaners and I am definitely sticking with this company and location. I loved being provided my own bag to drop my clothes off in, the ease of being able to drop them 24hrs a day, and receiving an email when they were ready with my total cost for the service!
