Karen and Patrick Buckley are - HANDS DOWN - the best realtors you could ask for! They know…read moreeverything there is to know about buying and selling and they really get to know you during the entire process. I first met Karen when my boyfriend and I wanted to go see a house I found on Zillow. From there, she took us on many hunts for a new home. She really understood what we were looking for and worked with our price point. Prices have risen a lot recently, so we have yet to purchase a home, but in the meantime, I decided to sell my own townhome. Of course I asked Karen to be my realtor! Karen spent many, many hours talking with me in person AND on the phone, sending emails, and even texts. She was the most responsive realtor I could have hoped for and always had helpful, detailed answers for every single one of my questions. If she was unavailable at any time (which was rare!), Patrick stepped in seamlessly to assist. Karen worked with my HOA, the title company, and the buyer's agent to get all the information needed and everything always had an incredibly fast turnaround time. Karen and Patrick even did the staging for my home and it turned out AMAZING! I very nearly had second thoughts about selling the place! Karen had a professional photographer take the photos for the listing and they turned out really well. Patrick took some of the photos himself and they were excellent - he has a great eye for how to take listing photos! Karen and Patrick even did a virtual tour website and gave me a DVD with the staging photos as a keepsake. When the house was in the final closing stages, Karen and Patrick came by to collect their staging items and even helped me getting some of my heavier items into my moving truck. This was such a great help to me and I appreciated it so much. On the day of closing, Karen actually drove me to the office and was there to help walk me through all the documents before signing. It was a HUGE help and such an amazing thing for her to do. I really felt she had my back from start to finish. On top of all this, Karen and Patrick are two of the most warm and genuine people I have met. They both have a great sense of humor and extensive knowledge on every aspect of the buying and selling process. Karen's past experiences as a broker and Patrick's past experiences at Zillow make them a really well-rounded team who will give you the best real estate expertise around. In fact, I dare you to find anyone better! Karen and Patrick are the best team you could ever ask for and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them whether you are selling or buying. They ROCK!!

I second everything the below reviewer said about Karen and Patrick Buckley…read more In an extremely competitive market, their combined 30 years experience made a difference. We ended up buying our dream home even though we were not the highest offer due to Karen's negotiation skills and ability to write an attractive contract. My fiancé and I were first time homebuyers. I really appreciated the time they took to educate us about the home buying process during our initial meeting. We came to the Coldwell Banker Bain office once during our home search. The receptionist was very friendly and outgoing. All in all, we had an amazing experience and would recommend Karen and Patrick to everyone :)

We had our newborn son and had just moved in to a property of his and our whole world got turned upside down as he was a complete nightmare and the worst landlord we have ever dealt with. Josh made all the issues ours, he never fixed anything and then had the audacity to try and sue us for close to 20000 after we had moved. Not only that but we were only notified at midnight the night before our hearing so that we would miss our hearing and they would automatically win.Luckily for us Josh was just as bad at being a slumlord as he was a property manager and had submitted the wrong paper to us from the jump as we had suspected and we won the case. The damage to our family had been done though, having to scramble to find housing again ruined our finances and 3 years later we are still recovering financially. Josh's familys well being is built on Josh's ability to scam and scheme. Do not put yourself in this position. Had we not had history dealing with properties ourselves we would have been screwed. So please do yourself a favor and find any other property management company, they will be better than whatever this is.

We have been renting a property from…read morethis place for near 3 months and have had many issues that the property manager Josh feels he has "fixed" or "addressed" but actually has not. He only replies to tenants if there is an issue that is going to affect him or if we threaten a legal process or contacting the homeowners, in which he will tell you "he has not been able to contact the home owners to approve work to be done". He has controlled our water temperature in the house we live in so we cannot control it ourselves and will shut down your tenant portal preventing you from paying rent even when you've made a partial payment because he says you are in the eviction process even though you've made a partial payment and are just waiting for proper repairs to be done in the home you're renting. He stalks your Instagram and social media accounts and then says that the 65-75 year old home owners are in fact the ones lurking on your social media accounts to see if you've done any repairs or updates to the home which in fact it's HIM who is creeping on your social media (My grandparents are 73 and let me tell you they are NOT using Instagram). We've had nothing but water issues since moving in January 1st, and were told by the maintenance guy that there was a deeper issue in the home that needed to be addressed by an actual plumber. Josh claims items like repairs and updates to the home can only come through certified contractors, yet he ALLOWS tenants to paint under his "contractor business license", but then when you do something such as change a light fixture he says you need to go through a "licensed contractor". I've attached some photos of the few of many "contractor jobs" that have been done in the home by Josh and his company Our washer machine doesn't work properly and we were told it is a "luxury" to have a washer machine, and that if we want it fixed that we would need to hire somebody to fix a washer machine that we don't own. When we moved in in January we were told the flooring would be replaced as it has a gross black stain running all along the window and the downstairs bathroom is missing parts of its linoleum flooring, along with other minor repairs discussed in our move in walk through, yet we've heard no follow up about these issues -- only that he "can't get ahold of the home owners". I am a former property manager and also current business owner, and this property management is a JOKE and full of lies and an inaccurate, non professional and mindless human.

Did my application, turned in forms, paid the deposit and whatever fees needed in a span of 2 days. Took them SEVERAL weeks to even get back to me regarding one question and kept moving my move in date back with no explanation even though I kept emailing and calling. Glad I didn't move into this apartment because the communication is complete TRASH, if you can't even take care of your future residents and get back to them, then what makes you think that they take care of their current residents especially if it's an emergency like maintence/etc.
