Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building. Inner doors are propped open to reduce contact and provide more air flow. We also have new touch-less soap dispensers, in the bathrooms. Jessica Gustelius is the selling agent for a property my mother is purchasing in Bothell Washington. The sell of the house will be cash and is contingent upon the sell of an existing home, which is also in closing. My mother has been to this home two times: during the open house and during the inspection. Jessica Gustelius removed the lock box from the exterior of the house, after the inspection. Our agent, the buying agent of this home, suggested that he would personally pick-up the key from the Seattle office and return it in the same day, in order for my mother to measure, and was denied. It is not contractual, but considered an industry courtesy to allow the buyer of the home access to measure for furniture, appliances, etc, before closing. Jessica Gustelius refused my mother access until the contractual obligation, 5 days before closing. In my family we have sold our homes many times and we have never heard of the professional courtesy not being extended to the buyer. It will be extremely challenging to get appliances in time for my recently widowed mother's move into the home. Logistics when moving are challenging as it is, but not being allowed access to the home to measure, in order to purchase appliances for delivery around the move in date, really adds to the stress and anxiety of the entire ordeal. Since the purchase of this home is contingent on getting the funds from the sell of an existing property, I am not sure what Jessica Gustelius is trying to achieve. The outcome as of today, May 19th, 2015 is a dissatisfied buyer and someone who will warn people from ever using this agent for future transactions. Professional courtesy goes along way in doing business.

As a commercial office building, it suits that purpose well; I see many rooms dedicated for massage therapy, medical consultation, and some rooms are the artists themselves, with their own place of solitude to work on their next pieces. I'm not sure who helped her (Kim?) but the service she provided was top notch! Worth every penny I spent. She gave a huge listing of places that checked off the required amenities and then picked her up and drove her to the top 3 she wanted to see. The only thing I would suggest that would be helpful for this company would be suggestions for reliable packers and movers. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars as the service provider double booked herself and my daughter had to Uber to her next appointment and uber back to her home.
