Then, at 4pm the evening before they call and claim that they have to reschedule bc the part wasn't in? This put me in a bind bc I now cannot get the window replaced until next week since the appointment was on a Friday. They had all week to ensure the part was available. I think the part was in but they decided to bump me for whatever reason. Sabrina? was quite condescending when I called to find out what was going on. Avoid this place.

I live in Louisiana so I have to get windshields replaced on a regular basis…read more The windshield on my little blue car ate a rock and the dealership recommended this shop for a new one. Zero complaints. David, the owner, was very up front with pricing and the details of the installation and the technical details of the sensor calibration. I called ahead of time, gave him the details of my car, set up an appointment, and it was painless from there. He told me it would take about 1.5 hours but they finished in less than an hour. Caveat emptor - other shops will add a "calibration charge" to a windshield replacement when in most cases the calibration is not necessary. After I talked to David the first time I called around to some other shops and found they all had an extra charge for the calibration. David was up front and said they wouldn't do it unless it was necessary. A simple windshield change does not affect the sensor calibration. If the car has been crashed then it will, but just changing the glass does not upset the calibration. Other shops did not tell me this, just told me the calibration was required. Saved me literally hundred of dollars!! Do your own research and check it out for yourself, but you will wind up here in the end.
