Our commuter car had 3 repaired by them and they were absolutely pitiful. We've never been able to see one of Mandeville, LA repairs but can see all three Hammond, LA worked on. We will NEVER use the Hammond, LA location again. It's as if they don't utilize enough of the solution injected into the "spot". IDK. Using less solution still fixes the issue and lessons their overall cost and increases their profit. My MIL used them and she had the identical same issue. Her second was in Baton Rouge, LA and it was perfect. same thing, different person. UPDATE: That would be fantastic if I hadn't had it analyzed at a university. The solution is ONLY in the ends of each star point. I don't care how much you try to explain, there is zero excuse for this. It's actually statistically impossible to have that many repairs that didn't get the full treatment. So, no, I don't understand; however, I do appreciate your 'response'.

I live in Louisiana so I have to get windshields replaced on a regular basis…read more The windshield on my little blue car ate a rock and the dealership recommended this shop for a new one. Zero complaints. David, the owner, was very up front with pricing and the details of the installation and the technical details of the sensor calibration. I called ahead of time, gave him the details of my car, set up an appointment, and it was painless from there. He told me it would take about 1.5 hours but they finished in less than an hour. Caveat emptor - other shops will add a "calibration charge" to a windshield replacement when in most cases the calibration is not necessary. After I talked to David the first time I called around to some other shops and found they all had an extra charge for the calibration. David was up front and said they wouldn't do it unless it was necessary. A simple windshield change does not affect the sensor calibration. If the car has been crashed then it will, but just changing the glass does not upset the calibration. Other shops did not tell me this, just told me the calibration was required. Saved me literally hundred of dollars!! Do your own research and check it out for yourself, but you will wind up here in the end.
