Two days ago I was driving home in the pouring rain and the passenger side wiper made a loud noise and bent over and up scratching on my window. The driver side wiper worked. Then about 5 miles up the road the passenger wiper jumped on the driver wiper and they tangled up on my windshield. I had to drive 7 more miles in the pouring rain with no wipers till I got to Auto zone in Kentwood, LA. I had to buy new ones, of course and had to buy each one separately for 17.95 each. The ones I bought in Natchez I paid $19.24 for two. My gripe is, windshield wipers should last longer than the 3 months they just told me today. Why such a difference in price? Plus, why would one wiper attack the other? DANGEROUS!!!!!! The personnel at each store were wonderful. No complaints about personnel, just the product. Why is it, when you are standing talking to an employee, and the phone rings, the phone takes precedence over the customer. Just not right.

I showed up on the 16th, parked IN FRONT OF THE SIGN SAYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE, went inside, and I was told they do NOT take appointments or honor appointments scheduled online. They ignored me asking, "What about the sign I am parked in front of saying you do?" Anyway, they couldn't find 1 of my ordered tires. Told me to come back the next day. I did, and they STILL didn't have the missing tire. I came back on 23May, and they had the tire but were not taking any more customers that day. I returned on 24May before 3pm, and I was told they were about to close EARLY. I STILL couldn't get my tires installed. That was my FOURTH attempt to get tires installed they had since the 10th. Screw them. I got my refunded and went to a different tire place. I had my new tires within 2 hours!

I know I needed brake pads soon as they were down to 1/16" so I left him a msg. the night before that I was going to the airport next week and would love to get them done before that long ride in traffic. he said he'd get it done before then. Yesterday around 4:45 he called me and asked what kind of car I had and I told him and asked how soon he could do it, He asked if I'd want to bring it to his house and said when. He said asap, I said I'll be there in 15 minutes. I pullled into his driveway and he had tools, a jack and a chair for me to sit on while he worked. He did it fast, checked under the hood, and showed me my battery needed to be replaced and he'd go with ne to get it. We went, he changed it and went back to his house and he checked it, alternator, etc., filled my resavoir with water and sprayed lube underneath where a bushing was squeaking. When I left there it felt like it was brand new and he even messaged me to make sure I got home ok. I will use him for anything that comes up as he's honest, reasonable, dedicated, through, does more than he has to or that's expected. He came over at 9 p.m. the first time I called him as my wife's AC "still wasn't working" after she paid another shop $400 to change the fan. It turns out she has a lot of stress with family members dying and just wasn't pushing the right buttons. He didn't want to take any money but I gave him some for his time. He could've ripped her off if he'd wanted to and she'd never known the difference. He's one in a million these days!
