My husband mentioned that our camera calibration took a longer-than-expected time but only because of the cold, snowy weather. Our new windshield looks "great" in my husband's words. Update: For quite some time, we have had a warning light in our vehicle. My husband took the SUV to a BMW dealership for service. They said that we have the warning light because our windshield is not from BMW. They said that we might have to replace the windshield, camera, and computer for up to several thousand dollars. I refused to sign the document at which time I was told I had to sign the document, that I had "no choice". I refused to sign the additional document that they had prepared. I simply wanted my cracked windshield replaced. The owner and his wife then jointly acted very unprofessionally by threatening me and repeating that I "had to" sign the document. I again refused and asked them if they were refusing to release my car. The $100 had been paid and the insurance company had covered the rest. I was asked to leave the property and never return. I would suggest that you join me and never, ever, patronize this business.
