The SFS city rep helps you with every question you have. They also offer a lounge for junior high and high school students to hangout. There's all kinds of activities for them to relax and hang out with friends after school. They always have a staff on floor to monitor them. That's pretty cool. Wished I had that available when I was a kid. They offer a lot of classes for resident and non-resident. I can't express how much I love this city :)

We saw a rare Gloria Swanson silent film along w a talk by a brilliant film historian. Every show opens with a little performance but we were lucky enough to see a silent film which means that the organist live scores the entire film just as it would have been done in the 20s ! Such a special experience, and a must for any fans of music, film, and LA history.

Any seat is a good one, as the theater is small and intimate. I purchased some merchandise to remember my experience and will be returning again. Great for a date night or family event. I would love to explore the walkable downtown area more too.

I respect my civic duty and acknowledge that the Rancho Cucamonga Courthouse is probably a less…read morestressful experience than other courthouses, but the experience still had major room for improvement. There are so many inefficiencies in the system. I don't think the government system takes feedback or makes process improvements, but hopefully this review helps someone with their Jury Duty experience. At this courthouse, you receive a summons and you actually have to CALL 5pm the day prior to check if you need to physically come in. Considering they made me go online and fill in all this stuff, why can't I check some status online? If you have to report in person, the dress code is business casual. Although I feel like a lot of people were way more casual casual and they weren't sent home to change like the threat on the phone. In the room where the potential jurors meet, we were told to listen to a video but the TVs were unevenly distributed and the audio was awful. Then when we were suppose to find ourselves on these lists, the names were written in a thin white font that was hard to read. A lot of do this and wait, do this and wait. During one of my breaks I went to the restroom on first floor and it really needs renovations. No automated/sensors. In the women's bathroom on 1st 2 out of 4 sinks were broken. Then I made the mistake of getting a snack at the café inside the courthouse. Since they have no competition and they're the only option, they get to be slow inefficient and burn your food... in my case burnt my food twice. It was also so hectic as they didn't take names down, they just called out the type of order, so if multiple people ordered the same thing they all go up and look confused. I waited for ever for them to call me back saying they forgot what I ordered... Then it was burnt. I came back... They remade it... Burnt again. Pointless. I didn't have time to deal with them a third time. On a more positive note, this is the furthest I made it along in the jury selection process. I won't give any detail to maintain the confidentiality but I can say they ask questions to make sure there are no conflict of interest or strong biases that would negatively affect either parties. It was nice to see the justice system at work. Obviously the Jury Duty experience is a civic duty, but the courthouse really need some renovations to make the jury experience less awful.

I arrived on time, went through security, checked in, and proceeded to the jury assembly room. After waiting for several minutes, we were told that the start time had been pushed back to 9:00 AM. A short time later, another announcement was made that it would be pushed back to 10:45 AM. When 10:45 came and went, we were then informed that the start time had been pushed back again -- this time to 1:30 PM. We were also told that we could leave the building but were required to return by 1:30 PM. This experience shows a serious lack of consideration for people's time, responsibilities, families, and livelihoods. Many people cannot simply spend an entire workday sitting around waiting with no clear information. Some of us have jobs where missing hours means losing income, and not everyone can afford that. I understand that court proceedings can be unpredictable and that delays happen. However, there needs to be better communication, organization, and consideration for the people being asked to serve. People are making arrangements, missing work, paying for childcare, and rearranging their lives to fulfill a civic responsibility. The jury system depends on people showing up and doing their part. The court system should show the same level of respect for the people who are being asked to serve. Today's experience has left me feeling that the system is seriously broken when it comes to respecting the time and circumstances of ordinary people.

I send this review every so often so maybe the agent would be trained to recognize brain injury behaviors. They're disregard almost cost my life. The minor league baseball team for the Anaheim Angels, the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, took on the minor league team for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Over 80 family members and friends joined me, and we all had a BLAST!! We ate/drank, laughed, watched an entertaining baseball game, caught a couple of foul balls, took pics with the ballplayers and the team mascots, and truly enjoyed our time together. The venue is such an awesome stadium: every seat has a great view of the field, the seats are comfortable, and the restrooms and snack bars are conveniently located. Admission tickets are $15.00 per ticket, and parking is only $6.00 per vehicle. Thank you to Matthew Marquez (Quakes Group Sales Manager) for handling every single detail of our group's visit. Matt was very professional, friendly, helpful, and made sure that every single person in our group enjoyed their visit to this ballpark. STINGY, GATEKEEPING STAFF! Oof, this new affiliation with the Rancho Quakes has turned for the…read moreworst. As an Angels fan I was pumped to root for the Quakes and get a "newer" venue. However, the culture of the staff is absolutely different in a bad way. Typically, giveaways with the 66ers in San Bernardino were plentiful and joyous. Not here! I arrived for a Rancho Jersey giveaway and the staff stopped passing out jerseys after a few minutes after the gates opened. There were loads of fans who didn't receive a giveaway item. Meanwhile, staff stored boxes of jerseys away, I saw a dude take some to the back! What?! I absolutely hate when staff store things for themselves. It felt more like a slap in the face when they started distributing tons of rally towels instead of the jerseys. This was planned, this team's front office are cheap penny-pinchers. I arrived early before the game, I know how these events work. This was one of the worst sporting experiences I've encountered. Staff were standoffish and condescending when we asked them what their deal was? I was polite and professional, I don't like these Rancho Karens one bit. At this point, this is a betrayal to the Angels brand. I never have this happen at a major league game. Yes, I know resources vary but this is rude customer service. Only Tremor and Aftershock were chill, this team needs to cool it. I won't be coming here till people fix this mess. PS: Hey Quakes, you had all this time to revamp your merch and we're still selling Dodger blue memorabilia? What the what?! Lame.
