Service, quality, & value, all suck!!! allbiggest scam ever!…read moredont get! unless you are doing a mayor construction project dont touch it cause they will rob you blind. when you call they answer all questions with questions, for example if you ask what arent you allowed to put in it, they will tell you....in some states you arent allowed to put appliances but i'm not sure about your state, you need to check rules. they tell you this bs, when their office is in your city, and state. they're full of bs, cause after delivering dumpster they send you a big list saying, you can't load nothing electrical, no twigs, leaves, branches, chemicals, paints, refrigerants, food, medications, etc. your only allowed to load lumber, metal and clothing. everything else theres an average of $200 fine per item.i got a 30 yard dumpster, and was only allowed to put in like 1 yard of things, and now my yard is dirtier than it was when i started. they took an empty dumpster only 3 days after i recieved it, ready to rent again. if you aint doing a mayor cconstruction project, dont get one because they will rob you blind. if you are just doing a clean up job, than go to rubbish removal where you are allowed to trow away all your garbage, but dont rent a dumpster because it will have a mayor lost to these criminals. As you can see in the video from March 2026, the careless dumpster pickup caused significant damage to my driveway, despite me following the exact advice from the company and providing four 3' length of 2x6. I would have happily provided longer lengths if that was suggested, but I assumed the company would know best about their processes (my mistake). So when being picked up, the dumpster, weighing several hundred pounds itself plus almost two additional tons of junk, was rolled off of the support wood pieces, crashing onto the driveway, and then dragged along its metal wheels for another 5-6 feet. The crashing noise onto my driveway was deafening and created damage that the owner acknowledged to see. For what it's worth, the individual who placed the dumpster did an incredible job of maneuvering the container back and forth to ease it down carefully onto the wood pieces (how I'm assuming they're trained to do), which I appreciated and was impressed by. However, the latter individual couldn't be bothered to spend 2 extra minutes for the customer's sake. I brought this up to the owner immediately as it occurred, to which I received no response and was ignored. Exactly 29 days after the dumpster was picked up, yes, twenty-nine days later, I receive an additional credit card charge from Rhino and email saying 'sorry this took so long, but your dumpster was overweight by X amount, so we billed you extra'. I'm aware of the overage charges and okay to pay them, but was surprised to see this coming in so late after the pickup (and that I was off the "ignore" list!) I used the opportunity to follow-up about the damage, providing videos and questioning whether this is his fault (wrong suggestion for wood boards) or the drivers (carelessness), to which I got a "this just happens sometimes". I provided him the quotes I'd received for driveway repair companies for the damages, offering the opportunity to make this situation right, to which, you guessed it - I was ignored again! So, overall, this whole experience lacked professionalism and accountability in every regard and caused more frustration than whatever garbage I was throwing away could amount to.

We needed to do another major clean out this year, and of course we called Joe and his team, this time to rent a container. Once again, everything was smooth sailing, and once again, Joe went above and beyond -- even doing some minor emergency landscaping to make sure the container did not damage our property. Great and quick communication, fair pricing, and so easy to work with -- I wish cleaning out our stuff had been half as easy! The office seems rather disorganized and the background was very loud during my calls , it actually sounded like fighting going on . I asked to speak with the owner and he got on the phone and was very very rude and dismissive. One of the workers made a comment in the background that that " white people Complain too Much" .But wait , how do you know I am white? Oh, so your racism has blindsided your ability to give good customer service? and why would you have me on speaker phone?
