I was in need of a dumpster and called a few businesses before contacting B&M. However, when I spoke with Andrea her exceptional customer service, knowledge and willingness to address all of my concerns and make it happen is why I chose to utilize B&M. I called back on Monday evening near close of business advising that I needed it for Tuesday if at all feasible given my late call she made it happen and it was a seamless process. She kept in contact with me after hours telephonically and via email to ensure all was well and scheduled in accordance with my needs. Andrea went on google maps to get a visual of the block and informed of exactly which spots we needed to secure to ensure the successful dumpster drop off into the yard since the block was a relatively small block. She reviewed the alternate side parking on the block to factor in the best time of drop off to avoid the narrow block with double parked cars. This is going to be an odd review, because I didn't get to use their services......BUT Andrea was extreeeeeemly helpful through my construction process. Initially I contacted them to gut my kitchen for prepping it for the General Contractor that I was using. When I called B and M they responded quickly, asked questions, and gave me a very reasonable quote. There was a lot of time that would pass and Andrea called to see how I was doing and gave me some tips that were helpful. These guys are Rockstars !! Had a lot of junk from my basement destroyed by hurricane ida. The customer representive was fantastic, she booked my appointment the next day. The crew that came was very professional, courteous and very efficient. They knocked everything out before lunch, and I thought it would've taken 2 days, because of all the junk I had, they cleaned up and hauled everything away. Amazing experience! I needed to clean out my garage and saw one of their trucks pass by. I gave them a call and was provided with a very detailed quote by Andrea. I scheduled the service for the following day. The crew came on time, removed all garbage within an hour and even swept up with a broom after! We had no idea these services existed but are so glad we found B&M Cleanup Services. Andrea and her entire team are amazing!!!! We needed a major clean out at one of our retail locations and they were able to take care of it the NEXT DAY. The clean-out crew was fast, efficient and respectful.
