He not only dealt with our massive move-in mess, but was gracious enough to help even though I didn't properly represent the size of the job. I needed a 5x7.5 storage unit cleared out. It only had a couple pieces of furniture in it, and a bunch of boxes of clothes. I requested quotes from local companies and some of the responses I got back were huge ranges which made it unclear what the actual service would cost or absurdly high for the amount of junk I needed removed. They quoted me a price and then changed the time the morning of the pick up. I subsequently tried to book them after a week and they changed the price on me. It seemed unreasonable to make a drastic shift to a new price. Also, to cancel on a customer at the last minute seemed unprofessional. I was misled by the good reviews here. I had a bookcase that was fairly heavy that needed hauling away and I'm a small person, so I wasn't going to be the one to do it!
