We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote. Don't flag my review simply because you don't agree with it, practice better business and you'll get better reviews.

They did give a discount but I am thinking this was by design 2) They made multiple mistakes that required multiple trips and did not arrange an install time with us. They literally showed up and started working without us home. 3) They sheered off the head of a bolt that is by the down spout and is now pulling away from the house. Six phone calls (now goes to voicemail) and all of their assurances they would fix their mistake has not been addressed. It is one screw. Five minutes, in and out and they could have done the right thing. I was going to give one star but the gutters work but the owner has no integrity and I don't want anyone else to have the issues I have had with this second company.
