One of my favorite shops in the Old Market. Fantastic selection of games. I have bought several games there and have actually played them as well. Fun toys and novelty items. Kitchen gadgets and quirky cookbooks. Pens, socks, little bags, puzzles. This is a great place to get gifts, even a gift for yourself.

What a fun and quirky store! While visiting some friends in Omaha, we were walking in Old Market just window shopping around. We came across this store and immediately went in! I love a good stationary and fun item shop like this! They have everything from magnets, post-cards, funny birthday cards, gifts, stationary, pens, gag gifts, vulgar mints/gums, candy, trinkets and all! Pricing is very reasonable! I got a few items to commemorate my time in Omaha such as some funny meme agents, post-cards and a pack of mints with a hilarious joke on it. Additionally I picked up a wedding card and birthday card for some events I knew I had coming up. I also picked up a hilarious mug as I collect them. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pricing is also reasonable!

Whenever I am back in Omaha's Old Market I love stopping at this store. they have some pretty neat items. most of it is funny. and some of it is thought-provoking. I still use my "all about me" book after several years. Last time we found a great deal on posters, they were way overpriced on amazon but very affordable here. If you are looking for unique gifts be sure to stop here.

Think Hot Topic, but less focused on punk, alternative, or anime and cartoon stuff, and more brainy and witty and sophisticated. City limits has the air of class clown meets cynically witty sassy girl. This wonderful shop hosts gadgets and gizmos a plenty. Here you'll find stationary, unique (and belligerent) cards, Hundred of coffee table books, funky toys for adults, bacon lipgloss, and tons of parody type useless but funny gifts. If you're in a rut for an idea to give a gift to someone, you'll probably find something here as long as they have any sense of humor. A fun browse in the Old Market.

This store sells a few souvenir items from Nebraska like magnets, keychains. They also have greeting cards, umbrella, toys like harmonica, and stuffed toys shaped like corn, etc. The lady at the Tannenbaum Christmas Shop answered my questions about the merchandise on Old Market Sundries section. We were able to find all the keychains and shot glasses we needed. Not only did they have Omaha/NE branded items, but they also got items from nearby Iowa. If you are planning on driving through Iowa but still want to take a piece home for yourself, then this is a good spot to stock up as well. The day we shopped here turned out to be the cashier's first day. We had a good time chit chatting about our travels on Route 66 and how we had been on the road for what felt like decades. With great service and a nice selection, this is certainly the best one-stop shop that I can think of for anything Omaha related.

If you're looking for a collectible and can't find something here...you're not looking hard enough…read more Lol This store is in the Old Market district of Omaha and was almost overwhelming. At points in my life I have collected comic books, other comic book related items, movie related merchandise, and diecast. This place has all that and more...! Shop smart and take your cell phone to stare and compare. I found a few items reasonably priced, but I found quite a few more that were well above what they could be purchased for online including shipping. One thing about collectibles though... Sometimes it's worth a few dollars more to have it in your hands. I've been surprised a few times when I received items that weren't as described or packaging was damaged in transit. Antiques and collectibles are a different market as a buyer... If you see something you want it's better to buy it right then if it's priced within reason. You may never find that same item again... Old Market is what Old Market is... It's geared to tourists and things are often a little high priced in areas like this. So is their rent usually... These areas attract a high volume of people and if you don't want to pay the marked price...someone who comes in right behind you just might. Some of the items here are a little dusty, but I guess that's to be expected with that many surfaces. Pretty hard to stay on top of all of it... The Imaginarium Old Market Mercantile is defintely worth the stop if you are into collectibles and/or nostalgia!

I felt like it was a little overwhelming for my taste, but I could see how if you really liked one of the collections they have how you would be super excited to find this spot.
