Fast forward I was in the need of a new cleaning service. I contacted Orlandi's and scheduling a cleaning was super simple and easy enough to do, everything is handled via texting. One of the owners came over and we discussed my cleaning needs and since there are spaces I do not use often, how they would be addressed. Since the whole house is not in use, they were able to break down the costs to areas being regularly cleaned and add on rooms. When I've had to change schedule they've been able to accommodate my asks. They are always polite, and do a great job making sure the entire house is scrubbed down. My mom is older, and has been unable to really work on her house since she bought it last year, and was very stressed. The team quickly responded to my request for help, and agreed to doing it the next day! They set a time, of which they showed up precicely, and ended up working for about 6 hours. Not being there was a bit stressful, but this team communicated with me constantly, and even set a whole photo set of pictures when they were done! I called my mom and she was almost in tears. Go elsewhere. Cleaning was mediocre. I purchased the 4 man hours for $99 (aka 2 people for 2 hours). They did a good job on the obvious parts, like bathtub and toilet and countertops but I felt like they missed a lot of minor things. I didn't notice till after the fact that they never wiped the inside of the bathroom cabinet (it was oily and greasy) and some of the kitchen and bedroom cabinets were dusty/had dirt in them. This was a completely empty house with no furniture and was intended as a pre move in cleaning. It really seemed like they didn't do that much in 4 hours.
