What an amazing team! Kayla and "Uncle Bob" took on a huge task for me last minute. I had called from out of state to go over and do some emergency deep cleaning and help my mom work on the house overall to get ready for a family member coming over next week after the original cleaning service I had hired unfortunately could not find the help needed to do the task. My mom is older, and has been unable to really work on her house since she bought it last year, and was very stressed. The team quickly responded to my request for help, and agreed to doing it the next day! They set a time, of which they showed up precicely, and ended up working for about 6 hours. Not being there was a bit stressful, but this team communicated with me constantly, and even set a whole photo set of pictures when they were done! I called my mom and she was almost in tears. She said her house is so clean it truly feels like a home. Thank you to the K&L team for taking care of such an important job with almost no notice, and more importantly thank you for treating my mom so nicely and making her feel special. Not only did they do their normal cleaning, but my mom said they did so much to help her home get organized and ready. I couldn't recommend this company enough! My experience with K&L was amazing! I just moved into a new home in Columbus and needed help cleaning it up. Kyla did a great job responding to my texts and was very organized.
