Patricia was incredibly understanding of the situation and did her best to accommodate to my schedule, so I ended up booking with them and goodness, I cannot express how glad I was that I did. Patricia personally came out to my house to help clean and did an incredibly thorough job in doing so. She took her time and went room by room, making sure every surface and wall was cleaned of termite wings + frass. I set up the appointment and unfortunately was unable to be there to let them in. My leasing agent had to let them in so they were 30 mins late starting because of me. I understand that is my fault but what I came home to didn't even look like a clean house. My garbage was still full, one bed (that was made and clean) was stripped and the laundry was in the wash (whites with my orange duvet), I touched the counter and it was like it never had been touch, microwave wasn't cleaned, scratches on my stainless steel fridge, under the dining room table was unswept, dust still on book shelves and top of the fridge, dining room table had dust all over, my master shower was 3/4 of the way clean but I picked up my shampoo and it was filthy underneath it, someone mopped them walked with shoes on the floor so you could see the footprints... I really don't know what exactly they did. This wasn't a deep clean. I confronted the manager and he said the wait was why things weren't done. A deep clean takes more than two hours in my opinion and 30 mins isn't make a dent in all of the above unfinished tasks I found. I have the manager two solution, please come finish or discount the rate. He said he was on his way and an hour later I gave up on him coming so I left... then I got a text that they were there, I was already gone. The lack of communication was frustrating. I showed him the pics of the unclean house and the scratch on my fridge and he blamed me and denied the scratch... I asked him to come back and finish and he said not without me paying first... I pay when a job is done. Then he threatened me with collections and gladly told me he was a lawyer. This was getting fun! Ugh... I just want a clean house and am happy to pay him for his services when finished. I ended up paying him anyway and wanted him to come back to do another full clean but I started to realize that I don't want to work with someone who blames their shortcomings on someone else and who doesn't finish a job. He just kept saying that he took an hour to get rid of dirt that I didn't know was there and the other person took an hour on the bathroom. I worked in homes as a personal assistant and know a good cleaner and these guys are awful. The owner needs to learn how to work with his clients, not against them. I want to be very clear... I PAID this company their 120 and offered more money to come back on Monday but because he kept playing the blame game I said I don't want him in my home. I didn't ask for a discount at any point. I offered to pay less for what I thought was a crap job or have him finish it. He threatened to SUE me for this review.
