When I went there to talk to the manager she followed me to my car and told me to get off the property I was being evicted the she called the police and told them I was trespassing.I had just spoken to the manager and had a pleasant conversation with Robert and as soon as I was getting ready to get in my car she had followed me out and started threatening me with the poljce..She would not stop.The next day I told them I would be moving out..when moved out and got ready to go out the gate she had turned off my access so we could not leave. She would not answer the phone, my brother laid on his horn for over 2 minutes trying to get her attention but nothing worked. I finally got ahold of the district manager who then called down there and had her let us out..I rented from there for over 4 years and never had a problem until the day when my door broke..All she would do is tell me I was responsible for the door and I needed to have it fix. My unit was left wide open for 3 days and they did nothing..I now rent from Castle store and I got a 5 by 7 for 79.00 and at spfld store it was 134.00..they give u a lock for your unit..it is gated...24 hour mateniance person available bathrooms for the public.and move in specials. They dont require renters insurance because they have insurance on their units..Spfld secure storage I would not recommend to my worse enemy..The assist manager she should not ever be in customer service she is the worse

No problem, they let me go through again. Not much different. If you have a new car with perfect paint, a little dust or mud, go for the cheap wash. At $10 it's a bargain and you'll be pleased and have a clean car in literally a couple of minutes. If your car is really dirty, the wash will get the lumps off and you'll have to do most of the work yourself. But the atmosphere is good and it's a bunch better than struggling with your own vacuum in the driveway. I'll be back--before the moss has had time to grow.

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR TO HAPPY'S CAR WASH IN SPRINGFIELD, OREGON. I had been a loyal customer for the past year, going in for weekly washes. My husband has always warned me about touch car washes because of the possibility of scratching the paint, but I honestly never imagined I would end up dealing with damage like this. After awhile I started noticed significant scratches and oxidation across the hood of my car. I took the car back and asked one of the managers to look at the damage. His immediate response was that his brushes don't move in a horizontal pattern, so there was no way the car wash could have caused the scratches. We went back and forth about it, and I even asked him to sit inside my car and look at the scratches from the driver's perspective. He refused. As you can see in the photos, the scratches are going in multiple directions. It has ruined my clear coat on my hood and caused oxidation. A claim was supposedly submitted, only to be denied within hours. I have since tried repeatedly to contact the company directly because I wanted the opportunity to speak with someone other than one of the Springfield managers. Unfortunately, my calls and emails have not been returned. They have essentially "ghosted me." I have repeatedly been given promises that someone would contact me, only to hear nothing. The customer service throughout this entire situation has been extremely disappointing. Now, my entire hood needs to be repainted, and I'm left dealing with the cost and hassle of repairing my vehicle. I'm sharing this because I would hate for someone else to learn the same expensive lesson I did. If you're considering using a touch car wash, please be aware of the potential for damage and consider other options. I personally will never use Happy's Car Wash again. I hope sharing my experience can save someone else from going through this. Hard lesson learned.

There was a long line but it moved quickly. I got the $15 executive wash since it had been so long since my last wash. They are still giving out the dashboard wipes, so the previous review about that is no longer correct. The people who scrubbed my car did a good job and were pretty thorough. The car wash did turn off about 3/4 of my way through but it turned back on after about a minute so it was fine. When the wash was over they towel-dried my car and did a great job. No streaks or missed spots! All in all this is a great deal! If you aren't looking for a perfect shine with absolutely no dirt left then this is well worth the low price. I'll certainly be coming back whenever I need my car washed again.
