Money hungry creeps that don't care about our community. They have huge empty parking lots that they require you to pay by the hour even if you're just running in to grab something from a restaurant. Their so-called customer support is rude, and thoroughly unhelpful. Even if you're there for five minutes expect to get back to your car with a ticket over $50. There is no such thing as free parking with these creeps even for 5 seconds. Shame on the ticket issuing employees of this company if they live in Eugene. This company prays on college students and charges insane rates and fees. The signage is confusing and not clear, and purposefully hard to locate on their lots. They swoop in and ticket outrageous rates, I highly encourage students to avoid these lots at all costs. read more

Their business model involves partnering with landowners of vacant or failed commercial properties, often in areas where legitimate businesses struggle to survive and monetizing those lots through aggressive, predatory ticketing. These lots are often unmarked, confusing, or appear inactive, luring people into what feels like normal or safe parking. Then, like clockwork, the citations come. It's a system designed not to provide service, but to exploit. Rather than contributing to innovation or quality of life, this company operates on a model of extraction, by extracting money from people who add actual value to society. I find it especially disappointing that property owners willingly hand off their lots to a company that seems to have no regard for fairness, transparency, or basic decency. 10 out of 10 would not recommend parking in any lot managed by this company or doing business with any landowner or business that associates with them. read more

They monopolize every parking area in town. Have stupid hours and rules. Charge an outlandish fee. Give out tickets like herpes and have terrible customer service. Signs are strategically placed out of sight in some areas to really screw you and the fines double in 5 days if not paid but never hear you out when you explain a situation. They need to go away and let people park in empty lots for free. read more

The Lot at E Broadway and Pearl is always empty, now I know why. The rates are ridiculous and there are two businesses there that are good, Ambrosia the restaurant and Dark Pine Coffee. Unfortunately you cannot stop for 2 minutes run in and get your coffee. They are waiting for you. Its a trap. The lame price for getting my coffee is 42$. Guess what, not going near any of thier lots ever again and until those businesses tell them they are killing them I cannot visit them either. Signs were not evident when getting a coffee. Have a parking pass. Gave me a ticket anyway. Tried to dispute it. But website said I had to pay first and submit proof of payment. So I paid. When I went back to the site it now said the ticket was closed and I can't do anything about it. Also their prices are the worst I've ever seen. They get away with it by basically having a monopoly in my town. read more

Our business rented two spots at the back of the parking lot so that we could park a dumpster temporarily. This was so we would not inconvenience the tenants of a building we were working on next to it. We called Diamond Parking and they quoted a charge $200.00 the two parking spots the dumpster would occupy for only 10 days! While this was an outrageous price, we were not in a position to argue with them as it was a last minute necessity. The price per spot for anyone else would be $65.00 for an entire month, which would have been a total of $130.00. We were charged $200.00 for ONLY ten days and that amount stayed the same when we extended it two more weeks. When telephoned to ask why we were charged so much more than anyone else, they advised in a condescending tone that it was because it was done as a 'Good Neighbor' gesture because we did not have a 'lease agreement' with them or insurances. (we were never offered this option). This was made worse when they also charged the full rate for the third time for five days. When I asked for them to pro rate the bill they refused. so for 25 days total, we paid $600.00 and anyone else would only pay $130.00. Terrible business!! They could have been professional and just write off the last five days knowing we were severely overcharged or even just being respectful enough to charge only for the time we were using the two spaces! Use caution when doing business with them and CONSIDER the fact that at that time they allowed homeless people with expired vehicles tags to rent spots on their lot. (we had to ask for one vehicle to be moved as their belongings were strewn all over the immediate area and on the property we were working on preventing us from doing the job). No wonder the lot stood empty most of the time! So much for being 'Good Neighbors'! P.S. their maintenance staff member that was called to clean up after the homeless people was exceptional! He was the nicest and most respectful employee we have met during this whole ordeal!! read more

Cars get broken into everyday. All of their lots have no security. My car was broken into and damaged to an undriveable extent yesterday. The customer service was absolutely disrespectful to me, even though I pay hundreds a month to park my car in this abandoned dirty and disgusting lot. Where is the money going? read more
