There is a Starbucks in the lobby. There are 2 banks of elevators. One bank to take to you the 16th floor and lower. The Second to take you to floors higher than 16th. When going to a floor higher than 40th, you'd need to transfer to a second set of elevators on the 40th. There are 3 eateries: a Vietnamese restaurant Core Bistro and 2 others outside the building: a Mexican restaurant Bebas And Amigos and a salad/sandwich store Chew Chews Eatery. You'd need to go upstairs from the lobby level. The Mexican restaurant and salad bar is outside the building. There are 2 other floors below the lobby. You'll see some great artwork here, a gift store and escalators to join up to the Columbia Tower. To get to Columbia tower, turn right at the bottom of the escalator to take a second set of escalators. At the bottom, go through the glass doors at the bottom of the escalator and turn left. If you turn right, it takes you through a tunnel. Follow this to another set of escalators to take you up to the Bank of America tower across the street. Pretty handy if you really want to stay warm! Amazon Locker is also located on the bottom level.

I was called to serve years ago in Boston and we had to wait in uncomfortable chairs in the basement. Additionally, we weren't allowed any electronics. In contrast, the Municipal Court of Seattle's facilities are new and have high ceilings and huge windows for natural light. There's also a quiet room with lounge chairs and desks with outlets for those wanting to do some work while waiting. They even have cell phone charging stations. There's also an outdoor terrace to get some fresh air. The staff takes you through the process clearly and acknowledges that you'll be waiting around for long periods of time but the facilities and attention to details make it a lot less painful.

I can not wait to come back to Renton and explore more. The quaint downtown area gives a "small…read moretown" feel in contrast to the booming urban landscape of nearby Seattle. I regret not patronizing the alluring shops, as many closed before 7pm. I fell in love with the uniquely situated library. Think, "A River Runs through It"! The city has had tons of restaurants, bars, parks, and larger shopping centers where you'll be sure to find something to do. Or just enjoy the quiet. I'll be back!!!

The Renton Senior Activity Center has one of the best facilities and programs around. I have compared senior centers to other municipalities when I visited, such as the Olympia area, and now I know even more what a wonderful city I live in. Renton has wonderful green parks that make use of the Lake Washington lakefront and of the Cedar River which runs through town. Lots of bicycle paths are available and some outdoor exercise equipment.

As I got over to the right lane to make a right hand turn on a yellow light - car next to me went through the yellow light too only he went straight and I turned right. I got a ticket in the mail for running a red light so I go to review my dashcam, go through it and sure enough, I went through two yellow lights, even the ticket shows a yellow lights. BUT, after researching it further, evidently. there was a red light "arrow" over on the sidewalk for this specific lane. 1. I was looking up at the two lights above that were TURNING yellow at the time I made the right hand turn, always look to verify no one was coming from the left or across the way. 2. Why on earth would the light on the sidewalk be red BEFORE the other two lights above? 3. Why would all three lights not be in sync? 4. Why is there no signs alerting drivers to a THIRD light for the right hand lane is on the the SIDEWALK and that you have cameras on that specific lane....seems like a set up. I am 55 years old and have a flawless, and I mean flawless driving record, and I sincerely believe I was innocent as I made a legal right hand turn on a yellow light. It's beyond me, why there is a need to have a third light off to the side on the SIDEWALK that would be red BEFORE the other lights turn red (NOTE: THIS LIGHT is much lower that the other two lights) This was unfair to have to pay $124.00 for taking a right hand turn on a two yellow lights. AGAIN, two out of three lights were yellow. NO REASON FOR THE TURN LANE TO BE RED BEFORE THE OTHER LIGHTS TURNED RED. This was their response...."I agree, the lights for the straight ahead traffic were amber at the time you made your turn, however the light controlling your lane was red. Also, I reviewed many "3 light set-ups" like this in my town of Vancouver WA and they are ALL in sync, I can't find even one sidewalk light that is RED before the other two turn red. Many sidewalk lights or right lane lights are green while the other two are red but never red before the other two turn red. To me...this three light setup is DECEPTIVE and it going to get unsuspecting drivers every time. BUT, this is REVENUE for the City of Puyallup.

The only good things are the black guy who brings the dogs treats and friendly dogs!…read more I take my dog to Burien off leash dog park and it's pretty frustrating, as a disabled person, to see the girl, who works for the city, in dreads park in the only disability parking spot to pick up the garbage. Then instead of moving her truck to clear the other 3 cans she stays parked in the disabled spot and WALKS across the park slowly collecting garbage. No consideration what so ever!! Today is fairly infuriating! As we sit at the park, I see and hear workers working on the park, but you have the dread girl and her 3 coworkers chit chatting at their rigs doing no real work! Thanks to the people who actually put in the work to keep this park pleasant and safe!
