Here are the reasons for 1 star, the security staff at the front door lost 2 of our Amazon packages when I have proof that they signed for them but we did not receive them when speaking to leasing office their attitudes towards residents is terrible very witchy they say they have have no idea where there at . I have proof from Amazon they were delivered to security. Another issue is the elevator to the parking garage has been broken for 6 weeks. We cannot access the garage from our floor we have to get off 2 floors away go up 2 flights of stars A pain hauling groceries and garbage. Leasing office has no idea when it will be fixed. Numerous other things broken the spa, dishwasher to many to mention . For what they charge for this place. It is not worth the money. Old building and it shows.

I live in Vizcaya Lakes particularly in Renaissance Commons which of course indicates there is a lake and several other amenities which I will share more about in the Vizcaya Lakes posting. I would strongly encourage anyone who likes Boynton Beach to consider this area there is something to be said for being able to walk to Bar Louie's Brus room and many many more!

I have been a rental tenant since June 2010. When i signed my lease I was told about the…read morepossibility my apt. having chinese drywall, clearly nothing i have ever heard about in NY and NJ, from where i moved. But i was given a 30 day option to break my lease, just in case. over the last few years they have done testing in several of the walls in my apt., but never have told me of the results. apparently they weren't allowed to until the class action suit was resolved. it has been. after my last complaint to management, they installed a dehumidifier for some reason i do not understand, but to, no avail. they are in the process of building a new group of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments on their property as well as remediating this existing building and the one next door. These 2 buildings are called Villa Lago. One is 1690 and i am in 1660. SInce moving in, besides the smell, i have a new cough, tickle in my throat and fits of sneezing. This is not an allergy. I cough up green now. Whilst at work, this doesn't happen. As soon as i walk into the apt., all of these "symptoms" begin again, through the night and until i leave the apt. I have not been able to afford a chest X-ray as my insurance won't cover it. i will soon be on medicare, at which time i intend to have one. but really, what could be more important than my health???? all of my silver/frames/jewelry, etc. have either turned totally black or tarnished. Some of it i can dip in silver cleaner every 2 weeks if i want to wear these rings and bracelets. and then 2 weeks later, they're tarnished and the dipping process begins again, but they never really look the same anymore... some are just not "fixable." so they began the remediation on the top (6th) floor and have also begun on the 5th. i am on the 4th. I have felt worse since it began because i do believe that in the process of removing this toxic drywall, we're all continuing to breathe it in even more. The noise is horrendous, beginning every morning at 8AM. I work evenings and there are many mornings when i just need to sleep and cannot. So, the management will move me for free to an apt that has been remediated, IF they have one on the 5th floor. Otherwise i will have to move out to G-d knows where and i haven't the money to do it myself. The new apartments are beginning at $180 more per month and are smaller. I certainly cannot afford that either! If someone can offer advice I would be most appreciative. Thank you tobe mason

Your plumbing issue needed to be handled by the condo owner. UPDATE After being there part time for close to a year I Rate it an "A". No noticeable noise from other apartments dwellers. The maintenance staff keep the grounds manicured clean and attractive. No plumbing issues. A beautiful courtyard, beautiful landscaping, heated pool, outdoor hot tub, clubhouse, and workable gym. It's gated with a security person. Close to everything, shopping beaches, Atlantic Ave in Del Ray, a slew of restaurants and things to do. People I've met there are friendly and sociable. The office management staff helpful. A place to wash your car, tennis courts, indoor half basketball court. A great view of the Intercoastal. A walkway on the intercoastal, an outdoor eating area with a single community gas grill. A great escape...

It's a really nice building with comfortable and professional office spaces, several conference rooms of varied sizes available, a very user-friendly kitchen/cafeteria dining area, etc. The owners and management and their support staff have been very friendly and concerned about our needs. Maintenance and IT have been great to deal with as well. Our number of on-site employees is about to grow and we need more/bigger spaces, but instead of looking elsewhere, we decided to stay at BOC and will be moving down the hall. Highly recommend.
