I reach out to Richard Marous who lied and said his name was Rick Marous. I asked him twice to see the property, and he stated " My time is somewhat limited the next few days. I can get there at 3:30 June, 14. Text or call me Saturday morning to confirm." Seeing that I'm self employed I agree to work with his schedule. Now imagine I followed up with a text confirming I will be meeting you at 3:30 for him to text back and say it's rented. You were missing all week and did'nt have the time. Liar... I sent you the text you sent me. You're the one who stated you didn't have the time. It's not a problem that someone rented the property. It's the fact that he's disrespectful to other people's time. Where is the professionalism? Richard/ Rick what ever your name is you could have said I understand there was a property you wanted to see, however it was rented. Is there any other property I can be of any assistance to you. Simple! You are licensed through the state of Florida. Go back and take a course on professionalism. Maybe you guys wouldn't have so many bad review. I give people the benefit of the doubt until you prove otherwise. You could have gained several clients through me. Instead, I would never recommend anyone to this Investpro properties. Someone in their review said a bunch of clowns work there. Richard you prove to be one of them. Because it was Friday no one wanted to help. your employees dropped the ball then and many times before that. You are trying to change the narrative in order to place your business in a better light. This poor/bad review stands! This has nothing to do with yelps algorithm. It has everything to do with your employees and them being lazy and passing their responsibilities on to the tenants. You have a poor management company and due to my personal experiences with your company no one should hire you! How dare you try to change the narrative. That incident affected me so greatly in a negative way, I still remember it today. The owner never called you. If he didn't was only because I needed to venture out into a Florida storm to contact my neighbor who personally knew my landlord. Before you say you should have waited for the storm to end, I did. By the time I made it to my neighbors home a second storm followed. THEY gave me the owners phone number. I had to contact him directly in order to get this situation cleared. Having to do that made you company insignificant and useless. I am so upset you are not taking responsibility for your employees wrong doing. Who are you? When did you take over the company? Do you even know what happened?when it happened? or are you just commenting based on hearsay? I was there right in the middle of it, the horrible situation your employees created. I am speaking not from hearsay but from experience. Please don't blame yelp's algorithm or say true reviews are bots. It's just, your company is not good at property management. Are you really asking people to ignore true reviews?? Wow. You have poor reviews because you deserve poor reviews. A snow flake? What an extraordinary un-professional response. If you're trying to clean up "your" company's reviews and or reputation they should start by firing you. You are failing. Of course my response is the same as it was during the incident, it's the truth. Truth does not change, you obviously would know nothing of the truth. You resorted to name calling during a business conflict. That's embarrassing in its self. You did not simply just update your profile. You are trying to manipulate your own reviews, yet again, embarrassing. I am "up in arms" as you said about this situation due to the fact your company is horrible and no one should make the mistake of hiring you. So yes, I will back my review up as you try to manipulate potential future clients.

I had not planned on renewing my tenants lease and knew the date the property would be available after remodeling. I live several hours away from my property and wanted a management company to oversee it for me. Well I definitely made a mistake with this company. They didn't take good pictures to advertise the property. We purchased new appliances they never went back to capture those photos. They showed the wash room without the dryer with the hose showing. I had several people that were interested in the property. They were contacting me personally. I found out from a couple of them. They were told the property was no longer available which was not true. Additionally, they would tell me they had showings. Which was also a lie. They never physically took any one to the house to show the property. I recently found out why. The lawn service had not been done for 3 months. I found out about the last visit once I fired them and requested receipts for the lawn service. It was discovered they only cut the lawn twice since February. We posted the property in February and we just found out last week the house looked abandoned. We had money in the owners account for lawn service. Remind you I live out of town thinking these people were keeping the curb appeal up to date. We were paying for it. They claimed to do virtual showings which is fine if you're actually doing it. They recommended a rental rate which was all over the place. People could not afford it. Came down on the price several times and they never updated the sites like Zillow,etc. Not only did I go and find the lawn in a mess, house looked abandoned, and they had a nerve to leave the apartment door in the back unlocked. I was pissed and fired them immediately after 6 months of lies and losing thousands of dollars. They were fired!!! TAKE MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PROPERTY !!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I wish I could give a zero!

    Keyrenter, South Florida is an excellent company to work with…read more We rented from them for over two years and they were extremely professional in all our dealings. Danny and his entire team were a pleasure. I would not hesitate to rent from them.
