A bit overdue but while in the process of planning another vacation for this upcoming summer, I wanted to say how great our stay was a couple years ago at one of their properties. Everything was exactly like the photos, the property was very clean, and Poshpadz's people bend over backwards to ensure your stay is top notch. They are very quick to respond and address any issue like an overworked AC unit (our fault for leaving it set too low during hot day when we weren't at the property). The prices may not be the cheapest but this is why "you get what you pay for" is a phrase known by all. If you want luxury you have to be willing to pay luxury prices. No complaints whatsoever and we will be booking through Gary when we next travel to the area. 100% recommend. read more

We planned a trip earlier this year to a Poshpadz home in palm beach gardens. Little did we know that the time we were supposed to go would coincide with the global coronavirus pandemic and more specifically at the exact time that Florida declared folks from NY to be unwelcome. Dealing with Poshpadz to get a refund was impossible. The level of responsiveness was sorely lacking. And on top of that they would not make good during these trying times and give a full refund. 50% was offered but we still have not seen even that. Never again will we use this company. read more

Poshpadz is a terrible company. We rented a house in April of 2020, which due to the GLOBAL PANDEMIC, we were unable to utilize. We are from NY and even if we could have managed to get ourselves to Florida, we would have been required to quarantine for 14 days - half the amount of time we were supposed to be there. When we canceled our reservation, we were told that we'd only be given 50% of the amount back or an option to rent at a later date. I have now followed up several times asking for my 50% refund and they have gone radio silent. Gary, who I believe is the owner, claims that the person who owns the home that he represents, cannot afford to give the money back (or some such nonsense). What kind of people are these? Everyone is struggling, many have lost their jobs and the fact that it's insinuated that his client has more of a right to MY MONEY is ludicrous. I will never use VRBO again as that's who we used to book but certainly, if you can stay away from poshpadz, I strongly urge you to find someone else to rent from. This is utterly despicable and there is no remorse or consideration for anyone. read more

I have now rented a home for my family and I from POSHPADZ and Gary three out of the last four years and I could not recommend their properties, service and commitments to design and service excellence more highly if I tried. Misleading, dishonest, rude and threatening. Do not lease from these people. On arriving, they try to force acceptance of a different property than originally promised. When finally, reluctantly taken to the contracted property it was dirty, dysfunctional with an exterior lock that malfunctioned. When trying to get assistance to re-enter the unit, they were non-responsive to the point of hanging up. Locked out of the property all day while waiting for the locksmith. Immediately shut out a second time when lock jams again. Forced to wait again when the air conditioning, plumbing and electrical malfunctions over a two-week period. No compensation offered for the many hours spent unable to use the property. Our worst rental experience ever. read more

Horrible , horrible. Scammers. We rented a property that was listed as a gorgeous oasis. Only luxury properties. When we arrived we walked up a steep flight of stairs behind the building that smelled. He opened the door to an apartment that looked like a college flop house. It also smelled. Carpets that I wouldn't walk on with bare feet, couches that sunk in middle , dark and dingy!! And the price?$ 5000 a month. This was supposed-to be our vacation. The worst part ,he said he would refund our money because we weren't happy. Thank god it was on a credit card. He sent us a receipt saying he refunded it. He never did. Bank of America had to call for me to get the refund. There are many reputable brokers in Florida do not use them. Bad luck. Should be minus 5 stars. read more

We booked poshpadz as a last minute extension of a trip we were already on. Pics looked nice, pool looked nice, location wasn't bad (approx. 10 min drive to beach), and price was alright. While the first impression was nice, it did not live up to expectations and I would not rent again and can not recommend to others. There were a bunch of relatively minor issues that had other things been okay I probably would have overlooked and wouldn't bother to complain about such as mildew smell from washer, dishwasher that didn't really clean stuff, towel bar and toilet paper holder that fell off wall, pool that wasn't filtering properly and needed service call, cable not working in one bedroom, despite each room advertised as having "smart" tv only living room did, promised "beach chairs" being mildewed folding camp chairs, etc. The BIG issue however that could not be overlooked and made this an unpleasant stay was the A/C. The A/C seems underpowered and can barely keep the house cool, but manager has a NEST thermostat set to automatically turn off if people are not home so when you get home from beach, dinner, etc the house is in the mid 80's. After 4 hours home with the A/C running, it was still 79. After struggling with this for a few days trying to adjust thermostat to keep house at least something approaching a comfortable temp we find the manager has remotely locked the thermostat with a PIN. Finally reached out to manager who tried to convince me everything was fine and WE had created the problem by adjusting thermostat wrong (which clearly wasn't true since it had been like that since day 1). So we and our 3 kids suffered through it another night and had same issues next day. Spent more time arguing with manager who offered unhelpful suggestions which we had already done such as turning on ceiling fans, closing windows/blinds/doors. For the last day of stay he finally agreed to leave thermostat on and sent tech to look at unit (tech supposedly cleaned it and some other things). The last day was rainy so we didn't go out and it was not as sunny/hot so hard to tell how much difference it made and by that point we were just happy to be leaving the next day after spending 6 days struggling to keep the house comfortable and arguing with the manager who is clearly just trying to save on the electric bill. To add insult to injury, after checkout I got a bill for 2 stained towels and a broken glass tray. The cheap white towels were "stained" (I'm pretty sure they could have been bleached just fine) cleaning up a spill, the glass tray was not broken by us. He sent me a copy of the "legal document" I signed at check-in saying I agreed to pay for damages + $75 fee. I've rented many vacation homes and have never once not had a security deposit returned in full but I was fed up enough with dealing with the manager at this point I just paid it with comment and moved on. read more

DO NOT BOOK with PoshPadz. My family was scheduled to stay in one of their homes during Spring Training 2020 in Jupiter FL. Due to the GLOBAL HEALTH EMERGENCY that is currently occurring causing spring training games to be cancelled and many establishments being closed, not to mention the health concern, we were forced to cancel our trip. Every vendor has been understanding, EXCEPT for Gary and Poshpadz. He said it is "business" and the refund policy only allows for "acts of God" and then preceded to say that this was an act of God. This is far from business, Gary. This is the health and welfare of people nationwide. This is absolutely an extenuating circumstance. My parents work incredibly hard for their money and you are only concerned about your "business" vs having a little empathy for the current situation. The final piece i will mention is he noted that "business is continuing as usual down here" (meaning Florida). I find it hard to believe that normal is cancelling every major sporting event that occurs in our nation. Good one. DO NOT use this source for anything. read more

The filthiest property we've ever rented, with a condescending property manager. We traveled from Montana to Delray Beach, checked into the rental and we were greeted by a college kid (I'm assuming - he had a tattered baseball cap, tattered jeans, and said "bro" repeatedly). This "kid" showed us around quickly, but our 2 year old was cranky after 12 hours of travel, so we didn't immediately process all of the filth. The partial list list of filth/complaints: - Used fingernail clippers in the food cabinets (I have the pic) - Spilled pasta sauce on floor - Leftover, opened food from prior guests (a package of sausage, opened, just sitting there..tasty) - Dried leftover food all over the "clean" pots and pans, with numerous old food debris scattered throughout the drawers - Sink (all sinks!) handles smeared with the grease and prints So we told this to Gary, and he said, "Is it sooo bad? I mean, really that baaad? You're telling me you have to leave?? Do you want to leave? (Yes Gary, at night, with a 2 year old in tow, we're going to go rental-hunting...thanks) I'll send back over the [college kid] and have him re-clean it". Not kidding. He said that. This also implies a professional cleaning service did not clean the property, yet a cleaning fee was billed to us. Finally, my wife suggested he send over a Professional cleaning crew. And when that cleaning crew arrived, I learned that "aye dios mio", whatever that means, is NOT a good thing. Our cleaning crew was SO DISGUSTED, they pulled out their own phones, and started taking pictures of the filth to show Gary. So, eventually, finally, the house was clean, and we realized that the pool that looked "dark" at night, when we checked in, was actually...GREEN with algae. Unusable. Yes, the pool, THE swimming pool, at our "luxury rental" had not been cleaned, according to the pool professional, in "weeks to a month...and it's leaking water". The pool guy said that. So Gary came over the next day and started to tell my wife (thinking she was a Montana mountain girl) "we'll have it up and running right away!" Wrong. My wife spent 30 years living in Miami, with a pool. She knew (I didn't) that the pool had to be "shocked" with a high dose of chemicals and that we wouldn't be able to use it until the last evening of our last day. No pool. Gary, the owner/salesman, became defensive, caught in his misrepresentation, and said "I'm going to talk with the owners TODAY about getting you some compensation due to these conditions." That was a nice gesture, but honestly, wouldn't everyone simply prefer a clean house and a working pool? We got neither. A week after Gary suggested the partial refund, we never heard back, so I called the actual owner of the house, CEO Michael Tinsley from the DC area. Michael ignored my call and sent me (wait for it....) back to Gary. About Gary: Gary is a salesman. I know this. Gary knows this. (I know this because I make a living [that's right] finding jobs for Salespeople! Good, 6-figure jobs - so I know one when I see one). He is NOT a customer service specialist, which you kind of NEED to be if you're going to manage rentals. Your customer service should well exceed your salesmanship - for this role - helping renters. Salesmen can be pushy, defensive, and slow to apologize, if at all. They solve problems quickly, but they want to move on quickly as well. Empathy? Not so much. In fact, in the heat of the argument over Gary's "quick-fix" pool suggestion, he actually said, "You are the ONLY guests to complain about this property - we have it booked solid!". Now, does that sound like customer service or a salesman to you? Throughout this entire ordeal...multiple phone calls, emails, and texts, and even meeting in person, Gary NEVER ONCE said the phrases "I'm sorry" or "we screwed up". Never. Most salesman don't say that. This property could be amazing due to its location. And I'm sure at one time it was. It was genuinely sad to see it so filthy and roughed-up and with a green, leaking pool. read more

Gary and his team at Posh Padz, saw to it that my parents and I had a fantastic time staying at the "Waters Edge" two bedroom property over the Holiday break. I felt compelled to write a review (my first ever) to support this wonderful company to give a real world view on how great they actually are. (Please do not believe that bitter review below! They are definitely NOT scammers!). My parents and I had booked a suite at a Marriott down near the Ft. Lauderdale airport which had great reviews and umpteen gold stars from various reputable companies. Well, let's just say that as soon as we arrived, we decided we were leaving. Dirty rooms, unpleasant long-term guests, cramped, cheap beds. The list goes on. So unpleasant and not what was described in the least. I thought all hope was lost when we came upon the PoshPadz.com site. I sent off an email not expecting anything back, since it was 8pm and we wanted something for the next day during peak season. One hour later, I got a note back with three options to choose from! All of them looked stunning, exactly what we'd hoped for. So I sent off an email and hoped for the best and got a confirmation to visit the property the next morning. We were a little skeptical at first since when something seems to good to be true, it usually is. We dragged our tired, cynical butts up to West Palm beach Gardens, to the Posh Padz office, where we were greeted by Gary, the owner of the company. The office itself was full of designer furnishings, beautiful pieces that looked hand picked by an expert. We learned from Gary that his wife is an interior designer, and she carefully selects pieces to fit each unique property. We were getting very excited to see our new place. Gary then suggested we simply take a quick trip to view the apartment and after a short drive, we arrived there. It was love at first sight. The pictures didn't really do the place justice, but they were very accurate. It was clean, airy, enormous and exactly what we wanted. Two balconies, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and a kitchen with every possible thing you could wish for. The flow of the apartment was amazing. We couldn't believe our luck! Gary and I left my parents there to settle in, while we went back to his office and finalized the paperwork. Afterward, he drove me around the area and showed me all the highlights around the property, made restaurant recommendations, tips on the shopping area and gave some history. This is a level of courtesy saved for the poshest of hotel concierges. Upon returning to the apartment, I've never seen my parents look more relieved and content. If it wasn't for Gary taking us on last minute, we'd have had a terrible vacation. The view of the lake from the apartment was beautiful (especially at night). Only a 10 minute drive to the beach. The pool was amazing, as were the fitness facilities. Gary was personally on hand to answer any questions during our stay. We didn't want to leave. We can't recommend Gary and PoshPadz enough. They are honest and worth your money. You should book them if you're ever in the Florida area, or any of the other areas listed. You will not be disappointed! read more

My wife and I spent two weeks in a condo that had been recently redone by PoshPadz. The condo was beautifully appointed, well-prepared and just as pictured. There was one slight problem in the beginning with the new hot water heater that was installed prior to our arrival. Due to a manufacturing defect, it was not working properly. Gary immediately was on it, and it was resolved in a satisfactory manner although it took a day or two to figure out what the problem was through no error on his part. Everything else during our stay was just great. Sure, you can pay less, and you will get perhaps about the same square footage but you won't get the great beds, beautiful amenities, fully stocked kitchen and laundry, and a rental with great televisions, appliances and all the rest. Gary kindly refunded nearly our entire 1st 2 days rent, which, by law he didn't have to do. Gary couldn't have been nicer, and I heartily recommend PoshPadz. read more
