Upon return, the owner and his daughter were unprofessional and belligerent, clearly not keen to honour their company policy. They insisted that it was USED ... because I had to see that it couldn't fit. They had zero concessions or regard for the customer experience, all they were obsessed with was losing money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There are heaps of bathroom places in the area, I would hit up National Apollo or even Bunnings before setting foot in this place! Worst decision I've made on a consumer level.

Adams Appliances had been recommended by Sunbeam. One week later I had a message to say that my machine was ready to be picked up. I was told what had been done to make the machine work correctly and shown the part which had been replaced. My machine was out of warranty for over twelve months but Sunbeam kindly provided the parts at no charge to me. I had only to pay the repair charge which I consider very reasonable.
