Do not buy any merchandise from this company. You are better off spending the extra money and buying else where. This item is non-returnable and they have no intention on letting you know that unless you try to return it after you have already bought it. They are not capable of professionalism and do not have the capacity to communicate as an adult, never mind a business entitiy. Man, what a bummer it was from seeing all these 5-star reviews and actually going to this shop and being so disappointed. I headed to this place to get some e-juices and upgrade from my itaste vv 3.0. Shop was small and messy and that kind of suprised me from all the glowing reviews. You would think this place stood out from the other vape shops in NYC. I saw that the guy (looks like Mike Rowe) and girl (blonde) who were working the counter were a bit busy. The girl there told me take a menu and she would help me shortly. Customers left in 5 minutes and I was ready to order but both workers were busy vaping and working on what looks like their own devices and after making eye contact with both for a while to help me out I just had to leave. I was in there 25 minutes total and no one inquired what flavors I would want to try or even helping me in general. I spoke up twice but it fell on deaf ears. Experience was so lackluster I headed to BeyondVape in the city instead which is a 25 minute train ride. Not for nothing, they did have a decent selection of e-juices but what's the point if no one's gonna help you with that? Also their prices for vape pens and equipment was a bit on the expensive side. I'll stick to BeyondVape and Movapes in Brooklyn. Edit - Spiro, Just read your comments below and I understand your reply. Finally, a good quality vape store in my neighborhood run by an extremely knowledgeable and passionate owner. All your vaping, E-cigs, E-liquids (and everything in between) needs are well met here. I'm serious this guy knows everything. The store is new so not many people heard about it (YET!). Be prepared to sample the finest e-liquid flavors and see the finest hardware, like clearomizer tanks, batteries and atomizers. This guy is a hobbyist and he has the newest stuff, no junk that they sell in the bodegas. He carries a brand of e-liquid called Baker White (when you visit the store they are the little white bottles, American Made) and it is the best e-liquid I ever had. There is a flavor called "Mellon Baller" which tastes something like an apple martini with melon and this cinnamon flavor tastes exactly like Big Red gum. You can also select various nicotene amounts (from no nicotene up to 18mg - 24mg which are more for regular smokers) Awesome! I myself have been vaping for about 9 months. Quit smoking completely thanks to this new vaping movement. Get up on it now and go to this store right off the corner from Broadway, next to WineGasm. Spiro has a great wealth of knowledge about e-cigs, vaping, mods, and technical things outside of the beginner e-cig smoker. I wanted to ask about a 0 nicotine setup for pretty much portable flavored smoke. He gave me a whole bunch of resources and explained a lot of technical things I need to research. As a neophyte vaper/vapor/one-who-vapes, I was a bit intimidated walking in for the first time. While the room smells delicious and looks sparklingly clean (the exact opposite of the ashtray apartments that I lived and smoked away in during my college years) I don't know a mod from a tank, or the different levels of nicotine in a juice, or the sizes and wattage of different coils, etc. Sitting along the bar-like setup, I was definitely nervous that the regulars who came here to hang out would be on to me. Lucky for me, the guys working here, and even the couple of other patrons I've talked to, are super friendly and made me feel welcome. I'm certain that my newness showed through but they seemed nonplussed in helping to correct me in asking for products that I have no idea about without making me feel stupid. I love that I get text messages with special coupons and alerts (I signed up for that, they are not just spamming customers as far as I know), and they run a pretty nice IG account that I can see when they get new products and juice flavors. I'm giving 4 stars because I haven't been into other vape shops, so I don't have anything to know just how much next-level better than others they actually are (I really want to imagine that they are - please don't hold this against me!). I'm going to keep my eyes out and pop in to some other shops as I can so that I can drop a future update to my review and give what I think is probably a well-deserved 5th star. I was welcomed upon my entrance and I patiently waited for the customer they were attending to finish and then it was my turn. I was acknowledged right away and I was assisted. Nicotine ranges in .03, .06, and .09 I believe, I could be wrong, but I have the .03. They have this AMAZING flavor called "Banzai" Oh man there are so many flavors in here its ridiculous. They have EVERYTHING you need. I walked in there doing my research, and bought EVERYTHING there and left very happy with what I got. Jeez, I friggin love this shop. I hate that it's in Astoria since I'm in Flushing, but it's always worth the drive. The selection is vast and every employee with whom I've engaged with was nothing short of courteous, knowledgable and sociable. I've been here a few times now, most recently yesterday. I was looking for some grape e-liquid because I love the flavor of purple, and I struck metaphoric gold with their in-house liquid. Odds are, you'll find cheaper prices for hardware online; that's not a knock on CV, that's just how it is in this day and age. While I may never purchase a mod from them, I'll always be there for my liquid and accessory needs. That being said, their hardware prices are actually pretty fair, so if you want to try something out firsthand and not have to deal with delivery times, CV is the place to go. I don't recall the name of the employee who assisted me, but she epitomized excellent customer service. I told her what I was looking for, and she let me sample all of their grape flavors. I ended up picking up three bottles of their in-house selection (total of 90 mL for $40!) because the flavor was everything I wanted--it was the perfect amount of purple. Thanks for always being great, and thank you to the associate enjoying his chinese food for offering me some when I commented on how good it looked. I have only been to a handful of stores that are specific to vaping, but this may just be the last one I need to go to. The atmosphere is extremely laid back and the products are great. Spiro, as mentioned in a bunch of comments here, is incredibly helpful. He clearly puts a lot of effort in to his work and understands the products the he is selling. On top of that he is a really cool guy willing to teach you and take the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. Just yesterday (my second visit to the store) I tried at least 30 flavors. He sat there, one by one, suggesting new flavors and levels of nicotine. I wish I was able to find this type of customer service anywhere else. Lastly and most importantly, my unit is amazing.
