However, I have met people who have been buying smoked fish here since it was first opened. It is currently open only Thursdays through Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. I would call ahead to check if the shop is open just in case. The lady who took over the shop from the original owners is Carmen. She has operated this shop by herself for over 40 years. I am finally writing this review because she may be retiring at the end of this year. I am saddened to hear this news, but also happy to see Carmen finally able to enjoy the fruits of her labor after all these years. This past week, I stopped by again for my usual order of nova, sable, and white fish salad. In addition, I got some kipper salmon and cream herring. Without going into details, everything is amazing and prices are very reasonable. Even though I go regularly, Carmen still gives me samples of everything. Furthermore, she would always weigh the fish and give me some extra at no cost. I will miss her kind smile and warm voice. If you have never been to this hidden gem, go ASAP!

There is a counter at the side where you order and pick up your food. When I walked in I was confused where to go for my pickup but they told me to wait as they were packing the orders now. I didn't wait long. I showed them my app and they handed me the bag. When I got home the sausage and ribs were still warm. The sausage was juicy, spicy, and had a nice snap when you cut into it. The ribs were dry but flavorful. It was not fall off the bone but still tender. I love their saucy brussel sprouts. It might have been my favorite. I might even go back just to get more of it someday. The rice was ok. It's still good bbq here but expect to spend some money.
