beyond strange you all make your security employees wear a full suit. this is not a nice dispensary, it's very run of the mill and literally has bros in the name, it is not nice enough to warrant this suit. the other workers are not dressed nearly to that degree and it doesn't match the vibe at all. this dispensary is what happens when a loser watches men in black too many times and makes it their entire personality. two stars because there is an okay variety on the menu with the exception of 8ths that are affordable when you all have ounces that are. That and the suit thing is just giving greedy loser and when there are so many dispensaries in New York and Queens, you're better going somewhere else. They actually respect their staff and see them as people at Cannavita and I regret even trying what's clearly a narcissists pipe dream. read more

The staff are fine, but I had a few concerns, the most important being that they scan your driver's license into their computer system before you can make a purchase. The gave me a line of baloney about this being a method to make their customer service much better. Afterward, they also gave me another line of baloney that this was not a requirement in order to make a purchase, but that wasn't the case. The cashier specifically said that they needed to scan my license into their system in order to make a purchase. Who gets to see this data? How secure is our data? My guess is not-very. Do they sell your data to anyone? Future employers? Law enforcement? Who knows? On the minor complaint end of things, many items with no prices. No proper system of how to order what you want. read more

This is the first dispensary I've visited in NYC. Great location, lots around. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the time I walked up to the door. Even an employee that was off the clock welcomed me and said hello. I wish I remembered my budtenders name! She was amazing. I came in already knowing what I wanted because I looked at the website, but my budtender was knowledgeable and offered suggestions based on the preferences I told her I liked. One of the owners was there as well, he introduced himself and we bonded over our similar flavor profiles! Such a fun trip. A lot of smaller dispensaries tend to be transactional and not personable, they managed to do both. The price point is better than other NYC/CT/MA dispensaries I've looked at and visited. Definitely have a new customer whenever I'm in town! Excellent visit, highly recommend! Added bonus: a justice involved dispensary?! Excited for my next visit and their continued success!
