BEWARE!!!! By far, the WORST apartment complex I resided in. After a few months of living here, I complained of water leakage coming from vents. Maintenance team came out and told me they saw nothing. I, then, informed maintenance of mold on my belongings. Maintenance came out, said it was mildew and not to worry about it. Mold spread throughout my entire apartment, from my belongings to my clothing to even the food my dogs were eating. I reached out to the leasing office demanding urgent reconciliation for this matter to which they responded their maintenance supervisor came out and did not find any moisture/humidity leaks. They sent maintenance men out (without my knowledge and hoping I wouldn't be home) to clean out my vents in which every vent had an ample amount of black mold, which they would've noticed months ago when I continuously complained of water leaking from vents. City View wanted to be cheap and not spend money on an actual mold company to come out and evaluate the condition of my apartment and how extensive the mold damage had gotten. As an asthma patient whose symptoms deteriorated beyond inhalers and to a biological injectable medicine because of the mold neglect, I hired my independent mold inspector and property development company who provided me with a report of how many mold spores there were in the apartment and how they in fact DID stem from the moisture in the vents. Fast forward, I demanded being let out my lease after hearing several other neighbors complain of mold to which they responded by giving me a Release in Full paperwork. This paper basically said I wouldn't sue them for any prior, past, or future mold issues. I refused to sign that document because it took me mentioning my health was deteriorating and I was taking legal action (I had already retained a Personal Injury lawyer at this time) for them to release me. Long story short, they sent me a hefty move-out invoice to which I am suing them in small claims court for Constructive Eviction and they are attempting to counter-sue me accusing me of negligence and improper notice of mold. Thank God I kept all maintenance requests, videos, documentation, reports, and medical summaries resulting from the negligence caused by this disgusting and greedy company. My personal injury lawyer and I will be teaching this company how to properly care for concerns like mold early on so things don't have to go this far. OVERALL, PROTECT YOUR BELONGINGS, HEALTH, AND PEACE OF MIND AND STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. BEWARE!!!!! read more

These people are dumb and try to make life as hard as humanly possible. Everyone needs to be aware that when you go to move out you're not allowed to pay your last months rent through the online portal like you've done for the previous years that you've lived here. For the last month they want you to go get a money order or a cashiers check to pay them. This is absolutely ridiculous and there's no reason for this other than the parent company is too lazy and incompetent to build a computer system that will allow for your last months payment. I've lived in other apartment complexes where this has never been an issue but Cityview just chooses to make things way more difficult than it Has to be. Worst apartment experience ever. When I first moved in my unit flooded from the the sewage overflow from the apartments above. Trash valet is charged but rarely comes. I was threatened with eviction even though my rent was paid on time (as it always was) and when I confronted ROBBIE HENRY about it she said "oh I never looked at you account" ...oh so you just go around threatening to evict ppl for no reason. The manager RENEE DAVIS never addressed this issue and GROSS oversight on her teams part. They find countless ways to charge you extra like submitting your non renewal 2 days late yet I NEVER received a lease renewal letter from them. When I asked about why Diana didn't send me a notice as she'd done the year before, I never received a response. I was charged $250 for a parking decal during move out because when I took it off my car it rolled up and was thusly un-reusable but I guess they wanted it back because they want pleasure of throwing it away and the penalty for taking that joy from them is $250 (be warned). The ceiling and walls are paper thin. Packages are never delivered correctly. The gate is always broke. The grills are always broke. The staff is a joke. Just don't live here !!! read more

After going on a tour of this neighborhood today, I was left with a very warm and welcoming feeling from the community itself as well as the lovely staff. This neighborhood is equipped with amazing amenities that I can't wait to tell you about. Starting with the large gym, there were many different cardio machines as well as equipment for strength training. There is also a yoga room that comes with a virtual trainer as well as tour guides mentioned they will have a trainer that will be on the property every Wednesday when available. The lounge areas are packed with modern furniture as well as fun games you can play with guest, which include a life size scrabble board and a retro video game console. They have three lounge areas located within the building. One on the first floor, a mini lounge directly above the first, and a sky lounge located on the sixth floor. This neighborhood is very close to local amenities which include The Main Event for family fun as well as the local movie theater. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! They told me I was approved.... then they called me back after I paid a $75 credit check fee..... then they said oh you don't make enough...... and if you have another tenant on the lease they have to make 5X the amount of the rent!!! Where do I start! I was in a very complicated situation to much for me to handle. Kelly is truly a blessing, her staff are all so amazing. You would think God is running this place. I honestly cant see how anyone would say anything bad about this place. Trash is never waiting more than a few minutes I mean talk about valet!!!! Maintenance is on top of everything, courtesy offices are super superb and they are continuously updating the paint, floors etc.... Several laces we reached out to just getting in touch with anybody to return a call was like pulling teeth. Communication is the backbone of any successful business. Many laces definitely lost the opportunity to gain a new tenant due to their unprofessionalism. My first contact was with Robbie. Robbie was a complete pleasure to work with. Very endearing, well spoken, obviously very intelligent and came across as a caring person. Later, I was put in touch with Diana Palma, who is a leasing consultant at the City View property. How Diana came across was superbly professional and frankly I expected someone with her abilities to be the property manager. I went for a viewing of the building today as a prospective tenant. I currently reside at another Luxury apt building in the neighborhood and was looking for a change, an upgrade rather(apt. Size). However I was really dissatisfied with the up-keep of the building. I did however see a few younger female adults "cleaning" but I really don't know because they didn't have any uniform on distinguishing that they were apart of staff. The walls looked dirty, the pool chair cushions were dirty in addition to the sky lounge furniture as well. When I asked one of the tenants about their experience living at the property, they stated automatically "DO NOT DO IT" when asked why they mentioned that several cars were broken into within the last few months. Def a no. I wish I would have done the tour prior to paying for the application fee, but I rather deal with a loss of 75$ then damage to my property. read more

I love this community because it's a wonderful place to live and the staff here are totally awesome!  It's like a family a long way from home.  In my opinion, it does not get better than this.  The apartment, grounds, amenities, and all the fun times are some of the greatest of my experiences.  Everything is extremely convenient and all residents are professionals and most respectful in all ways imaginable.  If I ever leave this community, it will truly be a very sad day because I'm treated so well, I'm almost certain the benchmark established here, by the staff,  will never be met again, ever.  Thank you CV Team for being you.  I love you all!" read more

The staff at City View have been fantastic and the building just as much. Everyone has been very accommodating, the building is kept clean and they are constantly doing more to improve. If you are looking for an outstanding place to live with a great professional team that provide excellent customer service but yet fun and empathetic to yours needs then this is that place for you. My wife and I have been here for 2 1/2 years and the team have been nothing but wonderful to us. When we put in work orders right away, when we made suggestions for different events for the residents they have tried to make it happened. They staff works diligently to make our stay as if we were staying on an resort.. I love the staff her.. The staff was able to get me in a place the same day whereas other apartments had waiting periods. This place is convenient to a bunch of good shopping, retail, and nightlife and the amenities are more than you could ever really use. As for the negative reviews? Well, read and understand a simple contract. It's not hard. After owning for the last four years the staff made the transition back into renting life a breeze. read more

We sent them emails about people smoking weed, walking their dogs without leash and someone stole our front mat but the administration never replied back. Please avoid this place if you can! Pictures do not do this place justice! Everything from the lobby, to the game room , to the gym, and even the actual apartments, it really is beautiful here. I never knew this area was as cute as I thought it was going to be, but it has exceeded my expectations! Close to restaurants and grocery stores everything is pretty accessible. Hanadi was very friendly giving me the tour, cracking jokes and being very personable. Even her coworker Alex helped me out with a smile the whole time. Being in the hospitality industry, it was very refreshing having Hanadi and Alex be so helpful towards me.
