You're greeted by an extremely nice receptionist who will take you to your setup. She even sanitized the desk to make sure it was clean before I set up in the office space. The front area also has a nice kitchenette/lounge with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There are also 2 bathrooms in the Regus unit so you don't have to leave the office. Parking is right in front of the front entrance and very convenient. Love the location - close to the mall and has lots of dining options in the area. Will definitely come back.

It would be a good change of pace and some more public interaction. There are private rooms and group settings for meetings. Spacious, outside areas, and two floors for you to find a work space nook. If you fit in to that work from home category, and the doldrums of staring at the same ol' walls is getting to you, check out MKE CoWork. I recently lived at The Shorecrest for over three years, and would recommend it to anyone without…read morehesitation. The building is a historic piece of Milwaukee culture. My parents, their friends, and business clients, all from out of town, are familiar with The Shorecrest and were excited to talk about the building any time we mentioned where we lived. The 1920's art deco style is alive and pulsing through the vanes of every room and hallway, adding a unique flavor of time tested culture and class to the lifestyle of its residents. Prospect Ave on Milwaukee's East Side is quite possibly the best location for an apartment. With its downtown feel, bars of every style, and a variety of restaurants offering just about every type of cuisine imaginable are all within a short walk out the front door. The Shorecrest's location, while right downtown, puts Milwaukee's lakefront parks right in your backyard, offering plenty of open, green space to jog, walk, picnic, and enjoy the outdoors while living in an urban area. We very much enjoyed strolling down Lafayette hill on weekend mornings for a cup of coffee from Collectivo while taking in the view and awe of Lake Michigan and the boats at McKinley Marina. With tennis courts just below the hill, Jazz in the Park a short walk down Prospect, and the fests of Brady Street blocks away, the location of The Shorecrest is an amenity that cant be overlooked. The rent is very reasonable for an East Side, lakefront apartment, and in the three plus years I lived there, they never tried to hike the rent between lease terms as is common with other properties. We had a top floor, lakefront view apartment that was considerably less than other neighboring buildings. Management was not only friendly and personal, but resided within the building as well, enabling them to serve and support their residents with the perspective of a fellow community member. They responded to any issues or concerns we had promptly. Due to their on-site presence, many issues were identified and were actively being rectified without having to notify management ourselves. I couldn't conclude this review, though, without mentioning the neighbors we had while living at The Shorecrest. Of the many apartments and cities in which I have lived (take my word for it, its a lot), I have never had neighbors as welcoming and friendly as we had at The Shorecrest, many of which I still consider good friends to this day. The community feel in this apartment immediately made us feel like we were home, with people getting together for dinner on the front patio, or readily inviting us over for drinks, the family we made while living there added a a rare and valuable aspect to our lifestyle that can't be had with building upgrades or material amenities.

Echoes of its former utility are in evidence everywhere -- from the high ceilings, to the thick brick walls to the brewing implements mounted above the elevator and the staircases and elevators -- yet the building has been updated for modern day city dwellers: fitness facilities, rooftop deck, community room. This building is in close proximity to downtown, Marquette, fserve forum. This was fun to experience loft living in a cool neighborhood for a few days.

Upon arrival, we called three times--no answer. A resident let us into the building and even laughed when we asked if anyone was actually available during leasing hours, which speaks volumes about how poorly this place is run. While the architecture and aesthetics of what we managed to see on our own were impressive, the complete lack of professionalism was infuriating. Kayla no-showed, wasting our valuable time after we traveled so far with limited availability to tour homes. This level of disregard for potential residents is unacceptable. I sincerely hope management takes this failure seriously and improves their operations immediately.

First, I was absolutely​ asked for my ID before I had my scheduled tour, the email and phone call that I had prior to the tour both indicated this was mandatory. I totally​ appreciated​ that they ask for it and that they do a safety scan​, if I am going to live here; I want to feel I am in a safe community. Second, I showed up in yoga pants because honestly most days that is how I roll. I did not feel judged or uncomfortable, I just felt like I was in a beautiful building. The lobby is beautiful, I felt like I walked into a resort in Las Vegas with beautiful chandeliers and gorgeous seating. I was greeted by Hussaun and he made me feel very welcome. Lydia took me on the tour and she was very friendly, knowledgable and answered all of my questions. The building is breath-taking with gorgeous views of the lake and the city. The units are finished with beautiful finishes, and​ everything is high-end. I do wish that they were a little more spacious but, the quality is unmatched from everything I have seen (and I have thoroughly searched). In the end you cannot beat the views and the finishes. Even though they are smaller, they were designed for a lot of storage and are so light and airy that the space feels big. Also with all of the amenities and events you are out of your apartment more than you think you will be. Now let's get to the amenities. Fire-pits, sports lounge, sky-view roof top, business vignets, virtual golf, outdoor terrace pool, dog-walk, not to mention a quick walk to the Historic Third Ward, the lake, and Jazz in the Park around the corner. After living here for almost 4 months now, I can tell you that it is exactly how they represent it to be on your tour. The staff is incredibly responsive to the point of spoiling you. On the few minor issues we have had they have fixed them within hours (Nick and Carmello and the rest of the maintenance crew are very responsive, nice, and fast). Garrett, Andrew and Tyson always greet us with "Welcome Home" when we come back from our travels. If you ever need anything they are always happy to help or answer questions. The staff puts together social events monthly (cocktail hours, meet and greets and charity events), and brings in vendors from around the city to host food and learning events. We are always out of town for the events, but are looking forward to being able to attend the October Fest Happy Hour. The views from the units are unrivaled.....if I sound a little excited about the place, it is because I am. 7Seventy7 works for us because we travel a lot and we always have the security of knowing someone can help if you are out of town and need to have deliveries or maintenance issues addressed. There you have it, beautiful building, incredible staff and the perfect downtown location, we are incredibly happy we chose 7Seventy7 as our new home.

We were charged $7,000 as an early termination fee for breaking a lease with 6 months left on our…read morelease! Yes $7,000!!! They also required a 60 day notice when we requested a 30 day. I've never felt so ripped off by a business. We had to terminate the lease because my wife took a new job in a new city. What's so egregious is that the fee for breaking the lease seems arbitrary as it is not listed anywhere in the lease.
