We see how things can easily get out of hand and chaotic. This event was something new offered this year at a $20.00 price point. We were lucky enough to have a few of the MSO at our Sharp Literacy event. This was the whole orchestra! Let me start at the beginning. There was a lot of confusion at this event. We couldn't tell who worked at the event, and whom didn't. Food was more apps than anything else. It was just ok. Nacho bar, hummus, artichoke dip... And drinks on the 6th floor. We are old (40-50) and didn't know we would have to walk up 6 flights of stairs. The elevators were strange to say the least. No buttons on the inside, only on the outside. Once we got upstairs... more poor planning. We kinda found our own stuff to do. There were two free drink stations upstairs with various tasks you had to perform for swag. We got glasses, handcuffs, and some safe house gift certificates and swag. We got to play some of the MSO instruments which I though was very cool. But again, at this event, like "Sharp," I found it very disrespectful that people were talking when the symphony was going on. Common people! Thiis was awesome! I knew most, if not all fo the music. My Dad played a lot of it for me when I was little. I liked how the symphony is trying to connect to the younger generation. So in conclusion, the MSO made the event worth the $20.00. I am not sure there was enough of the Safe House menu to make any conclusions.

The buildings are well-maintained, public areas are clean, and the outside areas are nicely manicured. The management/office staff has been wonderful and they work hard to create a positive and supportive living experience. Definitely worthwhile to check it out. Upon move in, the apartment was clean, and everything worked. Located in a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of parking around the building. I have personally been very happy to live here.

First, I was absolutely​ asked for my ID before I had my scheduled tour, the email and phone call that I had prior to the tour both indicated this was mandatory. I totally​ appreciated​ that they ask for it and that they do a safety scan​, if I am going to live here; I want to feel I am in a safe community. Second, I showed up in yoga pants because honestly most days that is how I roll. I did not feel judged or uncomfortable, I just felt like I was in a beautiful building. The lobby is beautiful, I felt like I walked into a resort in Las Vegas with beautiful chandeliers and gorgeous seating. I was greeted by Hussaun and he made me feel very welcome. Lydia took me on the tour and she was very friendly, knowledgable and answered all of my questions. The building is breath-taking with gorgeous views of the lake and the city. The units are finished with beautiful finishes, and​ everything is high-end. I do wish that they were a little more spacious but, the quality is unmatched from everything I have seen (and I have thoroughly searched). In the end you cannot beat the views and the finishes. Even though they are smaller, they were designed for a lot of storage and are so light and airy that the space feels big. Also with all of the amenities and events you are out of your apartment more than you think you will be. Now let's get to the amenities. Fire-pits, sports lounge, sky-view roof top, business vignets, virtual golf, outdoor terrace pool, dog-walk, not to mention a quick walk to the Historic Third Ward, the lake, and Jazz in the Park around the corner. After living here for almost 4 months now, I can tell you that it is exactly how they represent it to be on your tour. The staff is incredibly responsive to the point of spoiling you. On the few minor issues we have had they have fixed them within hours (Nick and Carmello and the rest of the maintenance crew are very responsive, nice, and fast). Garrett, Andrew and Tyson always greet us with "Welcome Home" when we come back from our travels. If you ever need anything they are always happy to help or answer questions. The staff puts together social events monthly (cocktail hours, meet and greets and charity events), and brings in vendors from around the city to host food and learning events. We are always out of town for the events, but are looking forward to being able to attend the October Fest Happy Hour. The views from the units are unrivaled.....if I sound a little excited about the place, it is because I am. 7Seventy7 works for us because we travel a lot and we always have the security of knowing someone can help if you are out of town and need to have deliveries or maintenance issues addressed. There you have it, beautiful building, incredible staff and the perfect downtown location, we are incredibly happy we chose 7Seventy7 as our new home.

We were charged $7,000 as an early termination fee for breaking a lease with 6 months left on our…read morelease! Yes $7,000!!! They also required a 60 day notice when we requested a 30 day. I've never felt so ripped off by a business. We had to terminate the lease because my wife took a new job in a new city. What's so egregious is that the fee for breaking the lease seems arbitrary as it is not listed anywhere in the lease.

Everything is groomed, and the architecture is brilliant, modern, and clean with a Mies van der Rohe aesthetic. Erin runs the office with a smile and intelligence. Damont, the maintenance engineer, aims to please and is immediately on top of any issue. The neighborhood is emerging, with breweries and distilleries across the street. We are a five to ten-minute walk from Bayview's K.K. cluster of restaurants, bars, and shops. Our building houses the award-winning restaurant The Bridgewater Modern Grill, and we'll have a bakery downstairs in a couple of months. The Tribute is located on the river, and during the warmer months, eyeing the sailboats and pleasure cruisers, I can imagine being in Miami Beach. It's a reach, but if you drank or dined outside at Bridgewater, you get what I mean. We're an older couple and feel safe in the building and outside walking our dog. The freeway entrance and exit is one block away. We are glad to have discovered the Tribute apartments.
