Huge waiting area that is very clean.
    Kitanya R.

I did my first visit today and the office is brand new and only had 3 patients waiting. It's a lovely facility in the middle of Flatbush junction that opened May 1, 2017. The staff is very friendly and customer service is the best I have ever seen at any medical office. The service is impeccable and I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes which never happened at my primary doctor. I am going to recommend this City MD to everyone in my apartment building. Keep up the good work City MD staff because you have a new patient.

This is the only Urgent Care I've ever been to and others really need to take notes. It's super clean, wait time is super short maybe like 3 people max ahead of you (today i only had 1 person before me, a child) , the Dr takes their time with you giving you everything he thinks will improve your health and never rushes through your time. No appointment is needed, insurance covers your visit and they're super friendly and kind from the second you walk in. Today I woke up No voice, throat on fire coughing out green slime. I got a IV boost with vitamins (saline IV is covered (depending on your insurance of cours) and the boost is a tiny fee less then your lunch !! I also got a B12 boost added and for the throat he sprayed Decadron which OMGGGG takes the throat pain away in 15 min and lasts 2 days (where has it been all my lifeeee) I did Testing for everything Flu, Strep, Covid Had my lungs checked, blood pressure. Best Experience Everrrrrr I'm soooo happy we have that kind d of place in our neighborhood it's gd sent I came home feeling 70% better !!! Thank you again for taking such great care of me. Happy holidays. Fenya I dunno where I would be without you

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I went in to see doctor Thibaud, (not the urgent care side)…read moremy appt time was for 12:15, and was told to come in 15 mins early and I did just that. Finally at 1:30 I'm called into the room and get my vitals taken. Only to sit for another hour and a half!!!!!! --- this is actually a post I was gonna put up back in I think November, I came back and realized I never posted it, but yeah. It's still the same. I have some documents I need filled out for work. I informed the office of the deadline, but ever since giving them the documents, they have been giving me the run around. The offices are not the numbers you call when you need info, it's like some hub that answers and they relay info to these locations, so a lot of info gets misconstrued or lost in translation, causing issue for patients. For this instance, myself! I came in on Tuesday 3/17 around 2:30 for my documents for work, mind you this was submitted the previous week on Tuesday, I've been calling to make sure to stay on top of them, over the phone; I'm told "everything is all set", I come in person, the receptionists are all bewildered and confused like I grew 5 heads. Literally, 3 HOURS LATER, I STILL HAVE NO DOCUMENTS!! I unfortunately had other necessities to tend to, as I did not think that a piece of paper (that the receptionist filled out) and all she had to do was get the doc to review and sign it, but I'm told to wait for multiple patients to be seen?? I understand I didn't have an appt, but I when I DID have an appt and gave the paperwork, it should've been completed THAT DAY!!! Instead I was told they would contact me when it was completed, which they NEVER INTENDED TO! Now there's a possibility I'm gonna be assed out and have to repeat my entire process again. For sure switching providers, it was only convenient cause they are a 10 min walk from my home. But I'm fed up, been fed up actually. You always have to plan your entire day around coming here. Prepare for your wait time to be 2+ hours EACH TIME.

My dad is 92 and has been living with significant leg and hand pain for years. Unfortunately, many places tend to dismiss patients his age. That was not the case here. Dr. Hernandez took the time to speak directly with my father, really listen, and carefully examine him. Today, they focused on his leg--and he was able to provide immediate relief. It was incredible to see. What stood out most was the respect and attention he gave--not just to the condition, but to my dad as a person. The team was warm, patient, and welcoming from start to finish. We'll be returning to continue his pain management and physical therapy, and to address his hands and neck in future visits. Instead of being written off, my dad was truly cared for--and for the first time in a long time, he has real relief and hope moving forward. TOTAL DISGRACE: Illegal Cover-Ups, Open Racism, and Abuse of Disabled Patients…read moreI am writing this review today, May 18, 2026, to expose the absolute malpractice, bigotry, and corruption at Mount Sinai Hospital and Vascular Center (3131 Kings Highway, Brooklyn). If you are disabled, a minority, or in severe pain, stay far away from this place. The staff here operate with zero humanity. I am a disabled Latino patient with severe walking difficulties, wearing a brace on my right knee and a brace on my right elbow. I booked a musculoskeletal and joint ultrasound appointment two weeks ago, filled out all my intake paperwork online, and arrived early at 2:10 PM. What followed was a multi-level nightmare of systemic abuse: The 3rd Floor Vascular Office was clean except the patient bathroom was absolutely filthy, disgusting, and completely lacked toilet paper. Thank God I brought my own tissues. When I arrived, a bald Hispanic male receptionist with a beard and mustache demanded my ID. When I tried to show him my medical prescription, he told me to show it to the PA and asked me to sit down. After waiting 35 minutes in pain, a tall male nurse (beard, mustache, glasses) took me aside, and I was suddenly surrounded for no reason by two female nurses who looked completely clueless. Despite the fact that I had uploaded everything to my online chart, carried PDF copies on my phone, and had the physical prescription in hand, I showed him the prescription, and he flatly refused to help, stating, "WE DO NOT DO THIS TEST HERE GO TO LL." I told him the Lower Level explicitly referred me here, but he refused to listen, making cheap excuses. When I literally pleaded with him, "Look at me, look at my walking difficulties, I can't go around in circles. You work here, can you please find out for me?", he looked a disabled person in the eye and said, "Go downstairs if not sorry, bye bye." I went to Patient Relations on 3131Kings Highway to report this. The male Jewish employee there turned out to be ROMAN, THE DIRECTOR OF PATIENT RELATIONS. He was actively busy playing video games on his cell phone. As I stood there in agony trying to explain that I was in severe pain, he never even looked up at me because he was more interested in his phone screen. He coldly told me to "come back later or tomorrow" there is no one here to help I asked him since he was in the PR office, "Are you part of the Patient relations staff?" and he stated "NO I AM JUST USING THE OFFICE" and completely refused to assist me. He also screamed at me twice and I left in fear. I went down to the Lower Level for advice. The two nasty women at the desk included the exact person who had misleadingly scheduled my appointment two weeks ago. When I asked where I was supposed to go, they snapped, "DON'T KNOW GO TO THE OTHER BUILDING," expecting a disabled patient to inherently know their campus layout. As I turned to leave in excruciating pain, they muttered a nasty, racist word under their breath. When I turned around and asked them what their problem was and why they were making racist remarks to a disabled Latino, they just sat there laughing at me. I walk to the other building. The two security guards there were practically sleeping with zero professionalism. I asked for help, and the female guard took my ID but completely ignored my questions. She then told me, "Oh it is too difficult to explain, go there and go North then South." I walked away because she was half-asleep and the area smelled heavily of marijuana. I didn't know where to go, nobody to help and I found the other Patient Relations office in the second building. A very sweet, caring lady who was finishing her lunch took the time to actually look into my chart. What she found was horrifying: someone on the 3rd floor had ILLEGALLY DELETED my appointment from the system to cover their tracks. Because I keep meticulous records, I was able to prove to her that I had a valid appointment. When this kind lady called the 3rd floor to confront them, they explicitly lied to her and claimed I was never there. However, they didn't realize I speak Spanish and I perfectly described every single employee, including the 3rd-floor front desk receptionist. While I was waiting earlier, that bald receptionist, unaware that I understood Spanish, was complaining to a cleaning lady named Maria, saying: "All these disgusting people, pigs, filthies made a mess here and eat the toilet paper, I am tired of all these degenerates." Once I detailed this exact conversation and described the entire room of staff and patients, the 3rd-floor staff were caught red-handed in their lie. They completely froze and could not explain to the main office why they illegally deleted my appointment before 3:00 PM. Even though the lady in the second building was nice, she refused to take a formal complaint, This place treats disabled human beings worse than a third-world country.
