One & Only Garage Door & Gate was the only company able to come out on Sunday, and came as early as 10AM! Turns out the coil broke so they replaced drums on both sides and got it fixed and squared away so quickly. They offer a 90-day warranty on labor and a 1-year warranty on the drums. HIGHLY recommend. I told him I had had some issues with drainage and hated the cobblestone-like pathways that were put in age ago. He said he could fix it all at one time and in the long run it would save me money to do it all at once. He gave me a great price that I was really happy with. As the project progressed all kinds of unseen problems arose. Luckily Michael had warned me that these things could happen. He was able to fix everything and keep the price affordable and within the estimate range. His workers were super nice and very careful about making sure my pets stayed safe during all the commotion. He was onsite everyday either working or checking on the crew. In the end I was super happy with my new backyard and this winter have had NO Drainage issues. It's Awesome!!
