I reached out to Straight Gate and Richard got back to me right away with a rough estimate and timeline based on photos I shared. Once we were ready, Richard Jr came out with the showroom truck took measurements and we customized the gates on the spot. The final quote was the lowest we recieved and almost identical to the initial estimate. It took less than a week from the time we did the quote until Reuben was on site and had both gates installed. Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional and we love the quality and design of the gates. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you need a gate.
Beautiful absolutely beautiful I don't know what took me so long to install these gorgeous gates at my home. The Straight Gate Fence were very professional and the cost for the manufacture and install was very competitive. The quality of the Aluminum gates is hands down the best. I enjoyed the people they were very nice and explained the process to me every step of the they really cared that I being the customer was totally satisfied great job !

The gate construction and design was beyond expectation. The aluminum gate is solid, fashionable, and provides privacy and security. The cost was reasonable for the quality and installation. Contacted Richard and he sent someone by to replace the board. He also gave us the details for the custom stain colors and we were able to freshen everything up. It looks like new. I contacted Straight Gate, speaking with Richard. He was out the next day with his showroom truck. Very impressed. I made my choices. The pricing was very reasonable so confirmed my order. He said would be in in about 2 days. Set up time for Installation. Eddie the installer was right on time and was very professional. Took the old gates and cleaned up the areas. I love my new gates!! We submitted a request for a quote and within 30 minutes received a response. Richard was polite and professional. He showed up the next day, measured and explained the install process and quality of materials and how their attention to detail favors the topper privacy fence to last a very, very long time. We love our topper, vinyl fencing and compared to other companies, the price, quality and installation procedure was superior to other companies we researched. I highly recommend Straight Gate Fence. I texted on Thursday, Richard came out that, gave me a quote 10 minutes later and my gates were in on Tuesday!! Richard was great. He listened, he was patient, he made suggestions. He helped me to work within my budget. When I had questions over the weekend, he responded right away. Ruben came to install. Nice as can be. Got the gates put up within a few hours, helped me understand the coded lock I got. The only negative if there really is one is that it seems he blew a bunch of leaves into my side yard when he moved stuff around and didn't clean them up. Not really his job but it would've been nice. Other than that, his workmanship was great! Would 100% recommend Straight Gate! read more

Called around for about a month to iron gate companies across the OC and LA. I had quotes that were double Straight Gate Fence, giving me all different reasons from Made in America to Tariffs to special coating or galvanized (duh). Richard is no nonsense, probably because he's a black belt in jiujitsu, and came out to give me a quote after we were texting over the dimensions of my 2 gates. Richard gave me a fair price that I was pleased with and went from there. It took approximately 3 weeks to get the gates fabricated and ready to demo my old gates to The install. Everything went smoothly and so far I'm very pleased With the installation and the installer. They look great (made in Mexico where beautiful iron pieces come from if you've ever been) and have a classier look than wood, vinyl or aluminum and will look to them for doing more iron work in the future. read more

Rick was out to give an estimate very quickly, worked with us when we wanted some unusual modifications, told us exactly what to expect and lived up you everything he said! They have lots of options to choose from. The workers were amazing! They did the job right the first time and were so nice and polite. My gates are gorgeous AND the prices are very reasonable! I got a quote from Richard Jr the next day after calling. His truck has all the samples to make your gate custom. I wanted a regular handle and a double sided bolt locks. The gate was up in less than a week. Warning, the gates like mine were not cheap, but the quality and installation made it a great deal. Nice to see you can still get something of quality. Now the gates are better looking than my house, lol. read more

I had been in touch with Richard back and forth for some time now as we had a side gate we wanted to replace. They offer a plethora of options for pretty much any gate you could want but given budget, we opted for their signature steel framed gate, with vinyl inserts, after discussing pros and cons with Richard. After confirming the order, it took about 2 weeks for production and install was scheduled promptly afterwards. We had Ruben as our installer - he was efficient, easy to work with, and did an awesome job! They helped with removing and disposing of our existing wood gate and finished the install in less than two hours. read more
