Throughout the planning process, communication with the catering team was sparse and often difficult, which created unnecessary stress leading up to our wedding day. Better and more consistent communication would have made a huge difference in our overall experience. On the day of the wedding, the food quality did not meet the standard we were expecting, especially for the price point. Service was also noticeably slow, and the bar service in particular was lacking. We were told one thing regarding timing and expectations, but the execution fell short, which was frustrating on such an important day. That said, the staff was polite and there were a few dishes that guests seemed to enjoy, so I do appreciate the effort that went into serving such a large event. I truly wanted to love our experience, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I do not feel the service and quality matched the expectations that were set.

They were late, didn't set the food up correctly, were missing food, and didn't think it was a big deal. My sisters wedding was in a converted garage area, so it was fairly cold, and none of the food had warmers under them. When asked why this was the situation the owner, Ben, stated that the girl was new and that they would take care of the situation. They didn't. First a refund was offered for roughly 474 and then for 575 but was never sent. They jerked my sister and my dad around for weeks, and even the credit card company by submitting false information. I would NEVER suggest this place be used by anyone.
