I have had many professional top quality systems put in my cars over the years with top quality…read moreinstallation. 1) Here they told me my battery needed to be replaced so I bought an extra battery and changed it. Didn't fix the sound. So I took it back. After I left a couple of days the sound still sounded drownded out. Took it back and they changed me to look at it. Ok They said It was something loose and it just had to be tightened. So were they lying about the battery needing to be changed ? 2). Took same car again to have a new alarm put in. Made an extra point to let them know with the addition of new babies we need all automatic lock and unlock doors to work. Sure enough, after picking up the truck the automatic lock and unlock doors did not work. So my wife had to take it back again. 3). Remember what I said in 1). It started happening again. Before taking system back I did not have any another issues. Now the stereo sounds drownded out again. Haven't been able to take it back due to busy schedule. If I was you I would not take your car here. 4). I wrecked my Mercedes. Had service done next door. Something was taken apart on my dash and my video in motion was removed. Something shady is going on at this place. I will update this post when I take my truck back to have an issue looked at again. But I will make sure it not the batteries before I Update to my review. I just finished at CJ SOUNDS. And they said when the alarm was out in the actuator was not connects all the way. Again. Do not take your car here.

Prior to going I called them to confirm my appointment set up by my insurance. They confirmed one address in Katy, but when I got there they told me I was at the wrong one -__-. I had to drive about a half hour away to their other location to get my windshield fixed. Once I arrived they started on my car promptly, the only issue was the miscommunication in the beginning.
