Found this place using Yelp and was pleasantly surprised! I requested a quote and got a response fairly quickly from James. I let him know what I was needing, just replacing stock speakers in my suv and he gave me a very fair price! Half of what another high rated place quoted, labor and parts included in price. I booked my appointment and was in and out in maybe 30-45 mins. He greeted me by as soon as I walked in and had his guys go right to work. I waited in the park part of the store and before I could make any dent on my homework he was already calling for me to inform me they were done. I can now listen to my music loud once again! Well let's see here I am surprised to not see any other reviews here I have been coming here for about 15 years for all my automotive audio needs this is a family ran business the original owner retired a few years ago and his siblings took it over. I am the owner of Richmond's Air and having a whole fleet of vehicles I cannot afford to go to a major car stereo shop for the camera and alarm systems on my vehicles. We have them install viper car alarm systems also Rydeen DVR cameras to help promote safe driving Practice. We also have Kenwood audio systems with built-in GPS and hands-free talking. The only thing is you need to know when going to the shop what it is you're looking for because this is a whole sale shop. However they have guys that work there and will do the installs out in the parking lot permitting the weather is good. Ask for James at the counter and tell them James Richmond from Richmond's Air sent you over. Just remember this is a Hosell shop so be patient there are business customers coming in and out. read more

Lou (sorry if spelled wrong) and James helped me out with the same-day installation, which was great since Fry's car audio department wouldn't return my calls or show up to work. Installation took longer than expected but that can happen when I'm providing installation parts from an outside vendor that they're not familiar with. They were straightforward and honest with the installation status, which is much appreciated. Lou was able to get the steering wheel controls working and now everything is working great. I would come back again if I needed to do some more installations at reasonable prices. read more
