Carlos had my truck for 34 days and blamed the delay on shipping times due to "performance parts". After finally getting my truck back after 1 month and $5300 in invoices, my truck breaks down on the side of the road 0.5 miles away from the shop. I call the shop and they ask where I'm at and send a tech. Tech arrives and says you can bring it back and get charged diagnostic time or limp it home and hope for the best and do the work yourself. My truck had no coolant related issues and they provided a coolant flush which undoubtedly caused the premature failure of my radiator which cost an additional $800. On top of this I paid for my front and rear differential to be flushed and serviced. Which are both currently leaking after they caked gasket maker instead of using the actual gasket required. They told me my power steering gear box was leaky and needed to be replaced so I paid for the performance upgrade alternative, I. In Which I find out the power steering lines going into the gearbox are leaking. Once I received the final invoice I see I was charged for replacing my sway bar and sway bar links which were in fact NOT REPLACED. Attached are photos of my original sway bar links that were not replaced and the leaking differential after they touched it.I called to see if Carlos would stand behind his work and make it right and he gets angry and hangs up on me. So customers beware of shady business practices. From one business owner to others take your vehicles somewhere else!
